3.00The bus driver should absolutely tell people how to use their earphones - in other words what place to insert them in the bus?? They had 2 places to insert the earphones & we inserted them into one of the places that took them & we didn’t hear a thing for half the trip - very maddening!! They should have made that very clear from the beginning.

2.00I wouldn’t recommend this trip. We booked it as many other Viator experiences have been good. The bus arrived late, then the 90 minute bus tour lasted well over 2 hours because of the traffic. We’ve done these trips in London and Rome and this wasn’t a good example of what we expected. There were very few facts really for the length of the trip and one of my kids fell asleep. There was a group of 4 people sat behind us who actually ended up getting off. Save your money.
