What To Expect
We'll pick you up from town and drive a quick 20 minutes to our launch point on Coronet Peak. After putting on a helmet and harness, your pilot will give you a briefing and then it's launch time. Enjoy soaring like an eagle and taking in the pristine surrounds over-looking the Wakatipu valley. Landing is gentle and takes place on the valley floor. After a quick pack-up, we'll take you back into town.

5.00Tai, my guide for my Queenstown Tandem Paragliding adventure, titled this for me. We did this activity as a family of 7 (children 13 - 21). From check in to take-off to landing to drop-off, it was a smooth experience! We were all 1st time gliders and all off us agreed we would do it again. I was impressed by each of our pilot’s positivity, patience, and genuine interest in making the experience perfect for each of us. The take-off was fairly effortless and the glide was super smooth. Great weather offered great views! We took off from Coronet Ski Resort area and landed in the direction of Arrowtown—about a 700m descent and 3 km journey. Several of the pilots did maneuvers in the air to add to the excitement of the ride (if we wanted). We highly recommend adding a paragliding experience to your Queenstown adrenaline list!

5.00Had a blast. I wish I had more money and I would do it several more times . Cagri was an awesome pilot and very nice. He even let me “drive”. I reserved tickets online from hotel room at the Hilton. Caught a shuttle to downtown Queenstown and walked to the shop . After getting weighed we were shuttled about 20 minutes to the launch pad. It was a nice ride and our driver was good to ask our names and make everyone feel welcome aboard.
