What To Expect

Check-in to the Skytrek desk 30 minutes before your booked time. Our courtesy shuttle will drive you from town for a quick 20 minutes to our launch point on Coronet Peak. After putting on a helmet and harness, your pilot will give you a briefing and then it's launch time. Enjoy soaring like an eagle and taking in the pristine surrounds over-looking the Wakatipu valley. Landing is gentle and takes place on the valley floor. After a quick pack-up, we'll take you back into town.

A fantastic experience. Togi was an experienced pilot who was informative and instilled me with confidence from the outset. I felt safe and yet exhilarated flying above the hills paragliding with amazing views.

Do not book with this company. The weather in Queenstown was cold windy and rainy all week. Three times I went to the business requested my money back. They refused. Then the day we were to go they said $150 per person to change. I will be demanding my money back from these crooks from Viator. However don’t even think about booking with these jerks!

Really awesome experience going hang gliding with this group. Really easy bus ride up to the launch, quick safety briefing and then was sailing in the skies for ~15 mins with a friendly and confident guide.

We flew from Wanaka past the waterfall and it was the best most awesome day ever. My children 9 and 11 years loved it! Even my husband who hates heights went for it and had a brilliant time. The guides are incredible, very professional, made us feel really safe and confident, they were really lovely at looking after the children. The views are out of this world, lake Wanaka, snow capped mountains, waterfalls. My guide let me fly and we did tricks on the way down. I’ve done paragliding in a few places but this was by far the best experience. Unbelievable day, best day in New Zealand. Thank you!
