Wine Hopper Bus
Join our flexible & hassle-free local winery shuttle service. Departing daily from Queenstown at midday (12.00pm). With no set timetable & no stress, all the wineries are very close together making it easy to give you the best day out & we'll have you back in town by 6pm (approx.).

5.00Rob the tour guide was exceptional and very knowlegable. He made sure that all of us were very comfortable and enjoyed the wine tasting. He went an extra mile to show us around too. I would definitely recommend this tour to all visitors to QT.

Rob was lovely and gave us great recommendations and told us stories along the way, i would highly recommend this trip!

5.00Just to set expectations: this isn’t really a hop-on / hop-off bus. You have some flexibility within the group of 8 — if anyone has a must-visit winery, the group can usually accommodate it (our group was super flexible). From there, you travel together to each stop. It’s totally up to you whether you do tastings at each place, but bear in mind you’ll be waiting around while others do theirs. We were picked up from Queenstown at 12pm and got back just before 6pm. There’s not flexibility to return early. We did two tastings, a cave tour with a tasting, and finished at a really pretty outdoor bar complex. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re on a budget, as you can choose which tastings or activities you want to pay (rather than the more expensive tours where you are locked into the full set of tasting) Our guide was excellent though and taught us quite a bit whilst driving to each place. We got lucky that our group was super friendly, we all decided to stick together and get to know each other also.

5.00Great easy going wine tour which was small relaxed and flexible in which wineries you want to visit and how long you want to stay , you wouldn’t get that flexibility either a large coach trip . Blake the tour guide was knowledgeable and extremely friendly
