I have been hiking with Alpine Trekkers since the last couple of years and have had a wonderful time on every hike. Siddiq (Chogo Ree) of Alpine Trekkers is an amazing hiker, perfect guide (he knows all the trails like the back of his hand) and has a built a wonderful community of hiking enthusiasts in the UAE. He is very particular about safety and ensures that that there are two guides on every hike - so that hikers with different speed and fitness levels can hike at their pace and noone feels left behind or pressured to keep up. Alpine Trekkers hikes are reasonably priced and they also arrange pickup/drop off to Dubai/Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend exploring the beautiful rugged mountains and wadis of the UAE with Alpine Trekkers.

It was an amazing hike, the captain is very professional and experienced. The trek is at first easy then becomes difficult progressively. The captain is aware of all levels and is flexible

I wanted to visit Rainbow valley for a long time. So it is worth seeing. It is definitely not for beginners, but actually not that difficult. I went with Alpine trekkers travel company, and all logistics was perfect. Highly recommended. Great views, sport and good people together 😁

This was my first hiking trip in UAE and I loved it! Excellent guides, fantastic group, breath taking topography and delicious karak tea. I have very bad fitness so I was slower than the rest of the group. But that didn't slow down the rest of the group because Zahed, who is Siddiq's assistant, helps anyone in the back. On this trip I did some some bouldering like activities without the height. It was extremely cool and engaging. Not one nail broke either haha. I recommend wearing a hat. Light pants, light long sleeves to avoid getting sunburnt. I don't recommend cotton because it doesn't dry fast enough from the sweat haha. For this hike it was useful I was wearing hiking shoes because I had better grip but most of the group was wearing regular running shoes. Bring snacks like fruits if you'd like, croissants, at least 1.5 litre of water.
