• Very Scenic and Stunning but Long and Winding

  The Road to Hana is beautiful with stunning waterfalls, lush rainforests, and breathtaking coastal views. Be prepared for a long and winding journey and the weather. Our guide shared great info about areas we stopped at. If you're easily carsick I would not recommend. The roads are very curvy and can be tough at times (luckily our driver knew how to handle them). Our weather was beautiful until the way back when it poured. This is a worthwhile experience if you love nature and don't mind a day of driving. I would definitely recommend doing research beforehand to decide if it's the right fit for you.

  Dave was a great guide. Knowledgeable and great fun. The trip is beautiful and had some lovely stops. Would have loved more time at waterfall and BBQ before lunch as an option.... looked and smelled wonderful. But a great day overall.

• Road to Hana with Lea- BOOK IT!!!!

  Lea (our tour guide) was an absolute ray of sunshine! She was knowledgable, made our tour super fun, always offered to take pictures (great for me as a solo traveler) and helped us really immerse in local Hawaiian culture. Beyond what was listed on the Viator tour, she added a few extra stops and she texted us local recommendations based on where we were staying. If you have a chance to enjoy fresh coconut water from Morgan, do it! Below are all of the stops we went to. 10/10 recommend. 1. Rainbow Eucalyptus Trees in Kailua 2. Kaumahina Wayside Park 3. Wailua Valley (protected valley with the stairs that goes up to lookout) 4. Pua'a Ka'a State Park (waterfalls) 5. Nahiku Market (coconuts) 6. Wai'anapanapa State Park (black sand beach) 7. Hāna Farms (banana bread) 8. Ke’anae Peninsula 9. Ho'okipa Beach (turtles)

  What a gorgeous trip enhanced by Lei, our tour guide, with her great spirit and knowledge each step of the way wanting to make our time the best and very enjoyable. A day well spent.

  What a Wonderful Trip we had on the Road to Hana Tour. A real local company with the knowledge and experience to show us all the neat locations to view and enjoy. "Lei" was our guide for the day and she made it so much fun and enjoyable for everyone in the group. I need Lei to send me her music playlist from the tour too! Highly Recommend this Tour!
