What To Expect

【The activity is held at the Mt. Fuji store. Please be careful not to confuse it with the Kyoto store.】 We will guide you through the process of making ramen in an easy-to-understand way ,so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. This class has a gift-omiyage, you can choose one " T-shirts", " Ramen bowl" or "Japanese Apron"! To make the noodles, start by kneading the flour, rolling out the dough, cutting it into shapes, boiling, and draining the noodles. For the chicken garnish, tie the chicken with string, add condiments, cook, and slice as desired. We also offer tofu as a vegetarian or vegan option with advance notice. For the soup, choose from various broths and sauces to blend. To finish, place the boiled noodles in the soup, add toppings, and your dish is ready!

Absolutely beautiful the best Ramen we have had. The staff are so lovely and we felt cared for. The window seat also provided great views and a little bit of sun to warm us up.

It as the BEST ramen and experience we’ve had thus far in Japan!! Keiko was fun, cool and even better she loves BEYONCE!!! My kids loved it and it was just the best experience.
