Ingredients : Chicken stock powder, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil, Soy sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Lard, Mirin, Black pepper, Miso, Butter, Ground Pork, Onion, Fish powder, Chili oil, Salt and pepper, Chives, Cabbage, Cooking Sake.
2: About Reservations. To ensure fair access to our experience for all guests: Observers are not permitted. Every guest, including children, must have their own reservation and seat.

IMPORTANT – ARRIVAL TIME You must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Guests who arrive after the start time may not be admitted. Please allow extra travel time to avoid delays. By booking this experience, you confirm that all participants meet the requirements above. Learn how to make Japanese homemade-style ramen, gyoza, and onigiri. Our class focuses on ramen broth. We will teach you how to make authentic Japanese ramen broth using ingredients and seasonings that are easy to obtain at home. Please note that we do not make noodles in this class. You will also learn how to wrap gyoza and shape onigiri, allowing you to recreate these dishes at home.

5.00A really fun informative experience hosted beautifully by Nori and his daughter and a team of charming efficient colleagues. We learned about the various ingredients in an interactive way and cooked some delicious food which we enjoyed afterwards . Come hungry !

5.00Great experience! It took about a hour and a half total. This was absolutely worth the $90 price of admission per person! They do offer the sale of knives there as well, if you’re looking for a good knife. From the very beginning we were warmly greeted and felt very welcomed. We were a group of 3. Everything was so well organized and the staff worked as an amazing team to ensure we had what we needed when we needed it. And within a blink of an eye, what we no longer needed was removed. The instructors were great and spoke wonderful English. The food we prepared was delicious, and the instructions were easy to follow. The end results were delicious! I have a new love for cooking ramen, gyozas, and rice balls!
