1️⃣About Dietary Restrictions We offer only "Regular Menu" or "Vegetarian Menu" (only pork is replaced with tofu. ) options.
Please write 【Vegetarian, Tofu ×3】like in the “Food Restriction” field. Please specify the number of people who would like vegetarian recipe. Ingredients : Chicken stock powder, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil, Soy sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Lard, Mirin, Black pepper, Miso, Butter, Ground Pork, Onion, Fish powder, Chili oil, Salt and pepper, Chives, Cabbage, Cooking Sake.

Only one reservation per group. If we find multiple bookings under the same name for the same date, or other dates, we will cancel all of them. This is because holding extra spots prevents other guests from booking.

What To Expect
Learn how to make popular Japanese homemade style of ramen, gyoza, and onigiri with the help of friendly English-speaking instructors. We will show you how to make it simply and deliciously with ingredients and seasonings you can prepare at home. In our cooking class, we focus on the ramen broth. You can usually find ramen noodles near your place, but not the soup. That’s why we will teach you how to make authentic Japanese ramen broth!(*We do not make noodles in this class. Instead, we will show you how to prepare delicious broth with ingredients and seasonings you can easily get at home.) Let’s master the technique of wrapping gyoza and onigiri (Japanese rice balls) . With the recipe and your experience, you’ll be able to make ramen, gyoza, and onigiri for your family and/or friends at your house. 【Important 】 1) We offer only two menu options: Regular Menu or Vegetarian Menu (only pork is replaced with tofu. 5.00I'm glad I booked this! It was fairly simple as they had all the ingredients ready for us and it didn't take very long either. The teachers were incredibly kind and taught us well. Also the food we made: gyoza, 2 types of ramen and onigiri was delicious!

5.00This experience is well organized with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Nori and team did an excellent job! They cover an exceptional amount of cooking and material in 1.5 hours because they are one of the most prepared experiences I’ve been to on Viator. Hearing some history of ramen and ingredients made it even more fun. Highly recommended.
Although the teacher speaks all the time in English, but I can understand the key parts of the English cooking bird, the teacher explained the humor and carefully, not to understand the cause of the wrong place some beauty assistants will also be proactive to help, the whole course makes people feel very comfortable, the beauty is not enough to have their own customization of bread and bread crumbs, the other parts are super! The classroom is in the basement on the side of the street, don't go the wrong place

5.00This experience is a must! You will not regret it! Everything was perfectly organized, clear instructions, great ingredients and you end up cooking the best ramen, gyozas and onigiri you ever had!! Nori and his team of girls were outstanding, they were very attentive and helped anyone that needed it. We had such much fun, learned a lot and even drank wine and beer while eating all the things we made!

5.00The class was extremely well organized. We made three dishes and had time to eat it all at the end. All ingredients were measured and ready for us to prepare. Instructors were helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable. Experience was great and food was delicious. We will definitely make the dishes at home.
