1.00The company was nowhere to be found. We had to have other operators find them for us. The UTV was dirty, with no power steering and drove sporadically. We had to buy gas since there was not even a quarter tank in the unit. Noone was to be found when we returned the vehicle. Terrible. Next time we rent something like this we will not order online.

2.00Reserved 2 UTVs weeks before cruise. Pick up was outside port gates. This company was nowhere to be found. Another company contacted him and he showed up to bring us to our UTVs. Arrived to 2 UTVs one already occupied. Overbooked. We did end up getting the 2 UTVs. One on empty and one with half a tank of gas. Bald tires and very hard to turn. No clear instructions on returning UTVs. The only positive thing I can say is the gentleman working was very pleasant.

3.00We were told someone would meet us outside the gate. We waited and waited. The asked security at exit if they knew of ranger rush. They instructed to walk approx 1/4 mile up on the right. No signs but stopped a vehicle that looked like our tour and was told “oh I’ll be right back. Never confirmed our names or booking. Tour was fine but I would not recommend them do to how fragmented and unprofessional they seemed. If we waited by the gate we would never had gotten the tour and would have been out they money paid.
