**** Advise refrain from using this company directly or indirectly through other agents. The trip they offer and you think you book is not what they give. Only thing higher is the price. Not worth it. **** We decided to book the trip to Cham islands including visit to Cham city, snorkeling in two different islands Dai and Tai, with fish feeding at Tai island, fresh sea food BBQ for lunch, chill at the beach and beer and soft drinks included for lunch. The offer is more expensive than others, but wanted to have a better experience so we went for it. Whay we got: no visit to Cham city, no Tai island snorkeling or fish feeding, no sea food BBQ but standard vietnamesse lunch, and no drinks included for lunch. When we refused to pay the full price (thanks God we had not paid in advance) they offer a small discount, far from compensating the different length and quality of the trip. When we refused to pay that kind of money they threatened to leave us in the island. We are extremely upset. They wasted our time and money on a less than mediocre trip advertised as a different trip. And BTW, to add to that the water was cold, the coral dead and practically no fish. They only told us this when we were already about to jump for the first snorkeling....

We decided to do this trip last minute, through our hotel Palm Beach resort. Picked up from hotel by taxi for 15/20 minute taxi ride to harbour. It took 40 mins to get to the island. Once there you could do trip with guide or go it alone, which we did. Walked around the harbour and enjoyed a coffee. Then went out snorkelling and that was great! Didn’t see too many fish but a few. Back for lunch and then back to shore

Cham Island tours start from 3,500 yen, but this one is a snorkel-specific tour that takes two dives, but unfortunately you won't see coral, fish, cameras or mermaids Don't expect snorkeling in Da Nang, let's play with something else

Our tour guide and all the operators were fantastic. We chose english speaking and the guide was very proficient and humourous. The trip was well organised with not a lot of waiting around and snorkelling was a great experience. Whilst the coral is not vibrant there was plenty of different fish and starfish and ample time to explore and the setting was beautiful. No issues with any of the equipment provided. Loved it! Lunch was also yum. The tour was cut slightly short after lunch as the weather was becoming worse. The guides knowledge of weather conditions and safety was reassuring. Whilst the conditions were mostly calm as someone who gets sea sick, I would recommend taking tablets and even though it was overcast, you still burn. Id definately recommend a rashy and dont forget to put sunscreen on your tooshy. :) We were also doing the tour at an off peak time. I imagine during peak season the experience might be more crowded. We had a great time.

The trip was okay, snorkelling was good in some areas. I did come across a used baby diaper in the water which made me feel a little sick. The last stop at the beach was nice, the lunch was really bad unfortunately. The food was stone cold and made a few of us at the table not want to eat it. We went as a family of 4 with 2 divers and 2 competent swimmers ( a 72 yr old and 10 yr old). The sea was obviously a different swimming experience and safety was clearly top of mind for the guides. There was plenty of buoyancy aids for my son and mother in law which meant they could relax and enjoy the marine life safari! Much of the coral was bleached though. We were treated to a nice lunch and a chilled out day on the sea! Thanks for the experience!

I liked this snorkel trip so much that I went twice! That said, the visibility and chosen snorkel spots definitely make or break the trip. The first time I went, the snorkel spots were a little bit better than the second trip. But both days were really fun, both tour guides Phi and Cha Cha, were fun and friendly. This tour is very snorkel-focused. If you love being in the ocean as much as I do, this is the trip for you. If you are not a strong swimmer, there are life jackets available. One spot on one days was a bit choppy, mostly the water is very calm. Just depends on the day and weather. Lunch at the beach is a variety of different basic dishes - fish, chicken, pork, squid, shrimp, steamed rice, omelette, morning glory, fries, fried noodles w/ veg, soup, and some others. There is free fruit, water, soda, and beer on the boat, but you must pay cash for any drinks you have at lunch. At the beach they have coffee drinks, coconuts, soda, water, beer and some juices/smoothies. We had about 2 hours at the beach for eating lunch and relaxing/swimming. The drop-off situation at the end of the trip was a big confusing the first day, but less so on the second trip because I knew what to expect - the tour guides arrange all of the different cars when we get back to the port so it takes a little while and seemed a little disorganized. Both days, I was back to my room by 3:00, and I was one of the further drop-offs (in Hoi An, not Da Nang). The speedboat is small, no bathroom, no changing room - make sure you come already dressed for swimming and don't need a place to change, or use the bathrooms at the parking lot of the meeting point before the boat leaves. There are lots of showers and bathroom facilities at the beach, but for the first few hours of the trip, the ocean is your toilet 😅

Great experience. Lovely team who run the day. Word of advice: cover up as much as you can in water.

This tour is fine. You do get to snorkel twice and I believe longer than other tours which is a benefit. But, we never got to do the walking bit which wasn't explained or mentioned. Additionally, we spent way too long at the first place cause so much of the equipment was broken that it took forever to get everyone the right equipment. I've personally snorkeled numerous times and can attest that a lot of the equipment was actually broken and wasn't just the result of people not knowing what they're doing (althought there was also no guidance on how to snorkel for those who didnt know). The boat also moves and meets you at a second location on the first snorkel which would be fine except there are ten other identical boats parked next to it and its very difficult to tell which one youre supposed to get back on. The food at lunch was very poor. No one at my table liked anything. It all tasted cold and like it had been left out for awhile before we ate it. Also, there weren't enough "free" chairs on the beach. Several people had to go sit at the café which requires a drink purchase to sit. This wouldn't be a huge issue, but the café is also scamming people by telling them one price when they order and demanding a stupidly high payment once the drinks come (there are no written prices on the menu). Overall for the day I didn't feel like there was really ever communication from the guides on what we were doing/what to expect. I think this tour is fine if you accept you're really just going to snorkel and otherwise you don't really care about the food/quality of the guides/equipment. But for the price they're charging they really should do better.
