ONE-WAY PICKUP RESERVATION: - Each reservation includes the pickup of a single vehicle for a group of passengers arriving on the same flight. - If passengers arrive on separate flights, the reservation will consider the arrival time of the last flight, up to a maximum of 2 flights. Any additional arrivals will require an extra reservation. - In case of flight delays, the vehicle will wait for the arrival of the last flight registered in the reservation. ROUND-TRIP RESERVATION: - Round-trip reservations include the pickup of two vehicles: one for arrival and one for departure. - For arrival, if passengers arrive on separate flights, the arrival time of the last flight will be considered, up to a maximum of 2 flights. - For departure, all passengers must be present at the same date & time at the pickup location. Any variations will require an additional reservation. - In case of flight delays for arrival, the vehicle will wait for the arrival of the last flight registered in the reservation.

2.00Our pickup time which we got in an e-mail from Viator was for 1:00 PM. The driver was at the hotel at 11:00 AM, we had not checked out at that time. We came down to checkout before noon and the clerk said a driver was waiting for us at 11:00 AM. We received no notification from driver or front desk. Showed the driver our ticket for 1:00, said his was for 11:00. We loaded and headed off. Driver switched lanes back and forth , drove on the shoulder passing vehicles several times. There were a few close calls with other vehicles who were also changing lanes, but fortunately no collisions. We did make it ok . Not sure if the driver had another pickup and was behind schedule but the car must go through a few sets of brake pads a year.

4.00The driver was waiting for us when we came out of customs. He was very polite and helpful. He put our bags in the boot. The passenger side seat belt didn’t work otherwise the car was clean and in good condition. The scenery was pleasant. The driver drove smoothly and safely.

5.00A lot of traffic, coronado is too far from the city. The roads are rough. It's best to go for the weekand hang out. And the driver was very informative about the history of coronado.
