What To Expect
Laugardalshöll is a multi-purpose sport and exhibition venue found in the Laugardalur area of Reykjavík capital. The arena consists of two main venues, a sports hall and an indoor arena for track and field athletics competitions. Laugardalshöll arena is also where Bobby Fisher and Boris Spassky played a chess match in 1972.
Hofdi House
Found along Reykjavik’s spectacular waterfront is a charming whitewashed house known as Hofdi House. In 1986, a major world-historical event took place when the presidents of Russia and the US, Mikhail Gorbachev and Ronald Reagan, met to end the Cold War. At Hofdi House, they effectively attempted to take the initial moves towards global disarmament.

5.00Best way to see the city. Our driver/ guide Thorir was amazing!! Very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. He answered all our questions and then some. It was a great way personal way to see Reykjavík and the surrounding areas. We could stop and stay as long or as little as we wanted. A definite perk of a personal tour. I highly recommend Viator Private City Tour!!

5.00This tour was a great option to transfer from my cruise ship to my hotel in Reykjavik. I was able to see the primary sights in the city and learn much about life in the city. Would definitely recommend this tour.

5.00Ziggi Driver Gudni Gunnarsson came earlier than what on schedule . He was very helpful and with excellent skilled as a tour guide and a driver. We were able to see so many places because of Gidni the driver. During our travel from downtown to Blue Lagoon our van had a flat tire and a rescue came with Ziggi and another driver. The owner Ziggi and another driver brought us to the airport. We had a great experienced with Driver Gudni , Ziggi and another driver. We all very satisfied with them. We commend them to your company and to our friends. We rated the 5 stars .

5.00Addy was a wonderful tour guide for our family. We took a Reykjavik city private tour after disembarking from a cruise. We are a family of 7, including 3 young kids. Addy was able to adjust on the fly to the tired, cranky kids, and she helped us have a wonderful visit. She was very knowledgeable and patient. It was a 5-star experience for us.
