5.00Armando arrived at our hotel a little earlier than we had requested, but that worked out very well for us. He contacted us by phone to let us know he had arrived and then helped us load our luggage. He even offered to stop for us to get coffee enroute. He has a very nice vehicle that was spotless and offered a super comfortable ride. He dropped us at KEF just outside our baggage check-in and again helped us unload. Armando was courteous and professional at all times. We would definitely book with him again in the future.

5.00The driver on the arrival transfer seemed preturbed because he had to wait a long time for us to get our luggage and get through customs. We felt that if he does this all the time, he should know it takes a while. He did get friendlier as the drive went on.

5.00Our driver arrived approximately 15 minutes early, called us and let us know, but did not tell us to rush in. Anyway he waited patiently for us to gather up our things and get downstairs. With a smile, he took our luggage, put it into the vehicle my partner had to sit in the front because she suffers from vertigo. He had no problem with this. It was a quick Trip when he saw that we wanted to take pictures. He asked if we wanted us to stop the car, which we didn’t, but it was a kind gesture, and he was quick on his feet. When we got there, he removed our luggage for us assisted us in anyway we needed. It was a wonderful transfer! I highly recommend them! Polite, courteous, and very professional! Is transfer removed any stress I may have had… Highly highly recommend!

5.00Abo was kind, courteous and a great first person to meet in Iceland. He was communicative & on time. Glad I paid for a private transfer, as I arrived during a sleet/wind storm - so trying to figure out the bus + dragging my bags to a hotel I wasn't familiar yet would have been a pain.

5.00Haseem was courtesy & called when he arrived a little early! Perfect transfer. As a solo traveler, I'm glad I paid for this pain-free pickup! Felt safe (though I communicated the info of the driver to my family just in case). Dragging my heavy bags to a bus stop in the rain would have been pain!
