Informative and funny walking tour around Reykjavik in a small group. Famous landmarks are visited, history of the city is brought to life and you are introduced to local culture. The tour starts on the highest elevated point in town, is wheelchair accessible and all downhill, also ideal for children. The small size of the group makes it flexible for stops indoors in cold weather and the lengthy tour makes it relaxed as if you are with a new Icelandic friend. I gotta say. This tour was amazing. I almost missed it because I did not hear my alarm but thankfully and coincidentally the tour guide called me (which woke me up) to change the time for half an hour later (which worked even better lol). The 2 hour walk along the city with the cold weather was super comfortable and we barely felt the walk at all. (So don't worry about it) Our guide Nory did an amazing job. He is so knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor which made the tour very insightful, interesting and very very fun. We learned a lot about Iceland, its history, the Reykjavik City, etc and even got a chance to run up to a few of the stores he recommended before our next tour (since we had the day fully booked). (We ate the traditional Lamp soup. Soo good) It was great that we booked this tour the second day of our stay because the day we arrived to Iceland we had no idea where to go, how to get by or where anything was. So, this tour first thing in the morning was enough for us to learn where everything was and what we wanted to visit. So much so, that there were places we needed to go for other tours and we were going to go by bus but decided to talk to the spots instead since we already got to know the area. I know for a fact that without this tour I would have never known where to go and would have missed so many fun and interesting places around the city. Thank you soo much! We had fun. Definitely will recommend this tour.

Awesome tour! Our tour guide Nori (not sure on spelling?) was fantastic! Taught us so much about Iceland and Reykjavik and he was such a pleasure to be around. Would recommend!

An incredible 5-star walking tour that I’d recommend to anyone visiting Iceland. Our guide, Olie, shared fascinating insights into Icelandic culture and everyday life, and brought each stop on the tour to life with engaging stories and humour. The pace was perfect, the route was well-chosen, and I felt like I gained a much deeper understanding of the city and its people. It was easily one of the highlights of my trip.

I came to Iceland very unpreppared and knew nothing (except vikings) and our guide, Ana, was able to really give me a lay lf the land. We saw a lot in a very short period of time and I have a much better appeeciation for Reykjavik!

Excellent way to begin a visit to Iceland. Small group (8) was very manageable on the streets and Àsi was a great guide; funny, personable and full of cool stories. Thoroughly enjoyed this intro to Reykjavik and highly recommend.

Very fun and informative. Weather was harsh, windy and snowy but our guide was able to find us some spots to recuperate from the cold.

Brilliant tour despite the cold and gale force winds - we all persevered. Really informative and gained a more in depth understanding of Iceland and its people. Reykjavík is beautiful and diverse.

Very informative tour guide who entertained us with a great sense of humour. Start of tour was difficult with high winds but our guide Martin (sorry for misspelling) was great and organised a taxi to get us to our start point! He engaged with the group, answered all questions and gave us a great taste of the city. Would recommend this tour.
