Hot springs volcanic mud- bath - mineral river and pools
The springs that source our hot water river are quite apparent to those who walk the trails along the river’s edge. There is a short segment where perhaps 90% of said hot water beautifully emanates before your eyes, from under giant boulders and from the river floor.
This spot is particularly magical. Our pools, above the canyon floor, get their natural water from 2 artesian wells that access rare, underground rivers with water springs. So you can enjoy completely natural, thermo-mineral water at our deck-side pools.

What To Expect
Rincon de la Vieja National Park are formed by nine eruptions points area of the active volcano, consist in a series of fumaroles and boiling mud pits. It is possible you be able to spot monkeys, birds as toucans, bairs tapir and others . Hiking area: 2 miles or 3 kilometers circle trail. Hiking duration: 1 hour and 45 minutes After this hiking we are ready to walk around 20 minutes round trip to explore the amazing “ Oropendola“waterfall and take a swim in its outstanding natural blue sky pool. . Tour duration: 45 minutes Later we drive 10 minutes away to try an exquisite typical buffet costarican lunch. Last Activity are hot springs tour & volcanic mud natural origin from an active volcano near by make you soak your skin and exfoliate into minerals waters. Pool temperatures between 98 °F(36°C) to 104°F(38°C). IMPORTANT NOTES ***THIS TOUR ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON MONDAY NATIONAL PARK CLOSED *** National Park Systems of Costa Rica require the following information: passport name, number, issuing country, birth date. Prior the day of the tour to reserve on line entrance fee park You must carry a picture of your passport because rangers park need to check reservation status.

5.0010/10 experience! Was definitely my favorite day of the trip. The views were beautiful, the zip lines were long and the bridges were beautiful. You will sweat but it’s worth it! The tour was majority of the day

5.00What a beautiful day! First, the hike to the volcano which is very easy but you get to see amazing things: fumeroles, pools of bubbling water or clay, sulfur pond. Then, it’s the swim at the bottom of this beautiful waterfall with water so clear! To finish, you pamper yourself in hot springs and with a mud bath. In beautiful surroundings. The tour ends with a succulent buffet before returning to your hotel. Thanks Wilmar for sharing your knowledge of the plants, the birds and the history of the area. You made the day even more meaningful.
