Experience the Rio Carnival from a prime spot at the Sambadrome, guided by an expert dedicated to ensuring your safety and enjoyment throughout the night.
Enjoy exclusive access to one of the best camarotes — elevated private boxes that offer privileged views just meters from the parade. In this space, you'll have access to a range of amenities, including a Food Court, Self-service Beers, Premium Spirits, a Beauty Center, and a Relaxation Space and live shows.
We take care of all the logistics, from hotel pick-up to transport to the venue, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the festivities.
Pick-up times are generally between 19:00 and 20:00, with exact times confirmed the day before the parade.
The parades begin at 21:30 and last approximately 5 to 6 hours, with hotel pick-up scheduled around 7:00 p.m or so. For your convenience, there are two return options: an early pick-up at 1:30 a.m. after the second parade or a final pick-up around 5:00 a.m. when the event concludes.

What To Expect
Rio de Janeiro
The pick-up time is expected to be around 19:00 or 20:00. We will reach out to each tourist the day before the parade to confirm the exact pick-up time. The parades begin at 21:30. **P.S.** The times are not completely defined yet. We will confirm the exact schedule closer to the parade dates when we finalize the arrangements.
Sambodromo da Marques de Sapucai
We are going to pick every tourist up at wherever they specify at the time of the booking as long as it's within the city limits. Tourists who are close to each other at the main area of Rio, will be picked up one after the other by our guide. Tourists who are staying logistically out of our sequencial pick-up planning, should have an exclusive driver and vehicle dispatched for the pick-up at their places and ride to meet the rest of the group. After pickup from your hotel, travel to the Sambadrome, a specially-designed structure, and watch the Carnaval celebrations throughout the evening. Tickets give access to a cabin that offers an open bar and open food with a rich buffet with the best of gastronomy including hot and cold dishes, options of typical Brazilian dishes, samples of international cuisines, seafood and a buffet of richly prepared desserts. Full open bar with water, soda, juice, beer, whiskey, vodka, caipirinha and energy drinks, among others.

Rio Carnival Parade a must to do, but using Bookers with their Angel bus service is very misleading.

5.00Carnival parade is definitely worth seeing. Starts very late and continues until morning. But Bookers and especially their angel service on the bus to and from the parade is very misleading. They state that you will be provided a return trip at any time in the early morning. That was not true, we wanted to leave around 3:30 in the morning before the last float group started and we had to wait over one hour (standing away from being able to see the parade at the entrance )for other people in order to fill the bus, we would have been better off sitting inside and watching the end of the parade. Bookers angel bus service at 50 US dollars per person.

5.00Very structured from beginning to end. Great instructions pre-event to get us ready. Once we got to the venue we met Camille, our guide, which diligently watched over us the whole night. Drinks were good, the food was decent and both were available all night. Truly a once in a lifetime time experience done VIP style while making us feel safe.
This experience we had on this tour was very interesting. Is unforgettable.
