5.00Our driver was awesome! It’s unfortunate that we only had one day in Rio and it was completely foggy, cloudy and rainy so we couldn’t see anything and he did the best he could since nothing was visible.

5.00Although my flight was delayed a half hour and I had issues at baggage claim that delayed me even further, Alexandre Wolf (my driver) was waiting patiently for me at the airport to get through passport control, baggage claim, and customs. He was very polite, professional, and friendly. Also very willing to tell me what he knew about Rio de Janeiro, sights to see, restaurants to go to, and so on. He was very flexible and he was interested in understanding what I wanted to see and where I wanted to go. I was still recovering from a previous injury so I was having some mobility issues. Alexandre was very careful in making sure that I was safe as we walked about various areas of Rio. The only issue I had with this tour had nothing to do with Alexandre. The tour was originally set up with a different driver and the tour operator never notified me that the original driver was not able to make it. For safety reasons, the operator should have notified me. It all worked out in the end. Alexandre was outstanding and I would not hesitate to use his services again. I highly recommend him.
