1.00Got to the pier. The app was supposed to go to the email with the ticket on it but I didn’t have an email. I had a booking reference and evidence I had booked but no go. And Contact Support? Yeah don’t bother

1.00I went on this tour on a rainy day in London and didn’t receive any commentary and it was about half hour. Not sure what happened. I am certain I was on the right one… it was no better than just taking the London water taxi from Westminster to tower bridge.
