4.00Comfortable way to travel the Thames. Since the WiFi was out, we had an impromptu narrator who included family-friendly jokes along the way.

1.00Rude gentleman at the booth- my phone stopped accepting internet just an hour before- I was able to show him the confirmation from you but couldn’t access the tickets so he wouldn’t let us go. This was at 4pm on Friday June 5th. The only time we had available to do the cruise so we weren’t able to do it. I had great experience on all your other tours. My grandson was upset that we couldn’t do this one, as was I. Please refund this money, thank you! Patti.

5.00We enjoyed hopping on this tour to see the sights from a different vantage point. We stayed in the Westminster area and needed to get to Tower of London. This was a perfect way to get a tour in with transportation that took us steps to Tower of London! Purchasing tickets online will save you a little money (can’t remember how much) and guarantee your spot. We booked the morning of the tour in late May and did not have a problem.
A true highlight despite different expectations.

5.00We booked the ride and initially thought that we could board at each of the four points and also choose the disembarkation point flexibly, wanting to do a kind of "round trip." We only realized that this would not work when we were on site. Fortunately, we boarded at the Tower Bridge and traveled to the London Eye, which gave us the best views of all the sights. Thus, the approximately 40-minute boat tour was worth its cost for us despite the misunderstanding. The tour guide was also fantastic and provided great information about individual points along the route.

1.00Boat crews were great. Wholetrip spoiled by jobsworth muppet at greenwich pier. 25th May 13.10 boat must have been 34 degrees. This clown insists we leave the shade and queue in direct sun. Got stroppy when I told him I was staying put

5.00Great way to see the city. You can get a guided tour if you want but don’t have to. Also great way to get from one area to another. Plus you get some very unique views and picture opportunities seeing the city from the river

5.00Comfortable. Clean. Waiter service with QR code. Lovely staff. Staff member, Greg, gave 'free' commentary, told us that he wasn't a professional and it wasn't his job, but would give us a little knowledge as we travelled if we wanted it. At the end of the trip, he suggested a donation would be appreciated, he would have a silver bucket at the exit. He even gave "an idea of how much" referring to a meal, a meal with a pudding, or a meal with a drink too. But said that £5 or £10 would be "acceptable". We really enjoyed his commentary, but gave nothing, because he not only asked for a donation, but had the audacity to suggest an amount. NOT acceptable.
