The River Tummel is a perfect environment for a white water river tubing adventure. This Class 3/4 river has some great rapids that will provide plenty of thrills. There are a great selection of simple and more challenging rapids with nice sections of calm water after each one so there’s plenty of space and time to recover your tube (and dignity) if you’ve taken a swim on the way down!

What To Expect
River Wild Adventures is a mobile white water adventure company that aims to offer the highest quality river experiences available. We travel across Scotland to some of the best white-water rivers this country has to offer. THE EXPERIENCE: - High quality customer service, quality river trips and guides, free hot drinks at the end of each activity, photographs from your trip. THE EQUIPMENT: - We’ll provide the following: wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, neoprene accessories as required (e.g., gloves), specialist footwear (UK sizes 4-12), splash jacket as required, even a glasses strap if needed. THE FACILITIES: - As we are a mobile operation our facilities are a little more rustic than a traditional outdoor centre, however, we still take the comfort of our customers seriously, so we have ensured we are able to provide toilet facilities. - We provide changing robes for all our clients to make your changing experience as private and comfortable as possible. - Changing buckets are also provided so you have somewhere to stand whilst changing but also to transport wet kit back to our base without getting your dry clothes soaked.

5.00We booked a river tubing experience with River Wild for my wife’s 60th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Bonnie and Jen were brilliant hosts, and Bonnie, who led our trip, was incredibly enthusiastic and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a great time. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and very well looked after. The whole experience was extremely well organised. The equipment provided was all new and in excellent condition, and everything — from being fitted with our gear before we started to how everything was collected and managed afterwards — was handled smoothly and professionally. We laughed constantly throughout the trip and had such a fun time. After getting back, we were treated to hot drinks and a glass of Nosecco, which was a lovely touch and the perfect way to finish the day. I honestly can’t fault the experience. It was memorable, professionally run, and made my wife’s 60th birthday really special. Highly recommended!

5.00This was the favorite part of our 15-day Scottish adventure. I cannot say enough about how fun this was, how well taken care of we felt, and how lovely Bonnie and Jen are. They even include a large set of photos so all you need to worry about is having a great time.

5.00Absolutely loved our afternoon river tubing! Bonnie was a brilliant guide and really made the trip fun! We had a couple of non-swimmers in our group and she made them feel at ease by explaining everything so well. The included photos and hot drink at the end are a really nice touch. I can not recommend this company enough. We will definitely be booking again!
