5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! Eric was our guide, and he was thorough, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! We are glad we didn’t drive the route ourselves as the countless twists and turns and narrow passageways would have been rough for us. Eric handled it with expertise. We learned so much about the people, history and culture of the Island with his narrations throughout the long day. We would highly recommend this tour.

5.00Don't drive yourself!! You're missing out (and stressing out) if you do. Our driver Chase was so very likeable and knowledgeable. He also shared personal antidotes that you wouldn't get anywhere else. Chase was an excellent driver and kept things moving yet we never felt rushed. And the van was superbly appointed with drinks and snacks. Such a fun day.

5.00A beautiful adventure of aloha love. Shelly was an excellent guide and driver! The drive part is so important. She has great respect and understanding of the Road Hana. It felt like hanging with a friend who knows all the details and wants to share and make the best time! Sharing her love, knowledge, and appreciation of Hana made for a special and memorable day! Waterfalls and nature! Food and fun! Our needs were constantly considered!!!

Each stop was magical and combined with Chase’s storytelling put the experience over the top! The farm to table lunch was fabulous and its setting in the botanical garden was beautiful! I highly recommend this tour!

5.00I cannot recommend Aloha Eco Tours highly enough. We did the full-day Haleakala tour on my birthday (1/26) and then the full-day Road to Hana tour the following day. Shelley was our driver for the Road to Hana and she was fantastic. She apparently is related to everyone in Hana (or so it seems!) and knew someone at every stop we made along the way. I'm not a huge banana bread fan but OH MY GOODNESS Aunty Sandy's was amazing! Shelley was an absolute wealth of knowledge about the area and interspersed her talking with local music. Black sand beach was everything I hoped it would be. Lunch at Hana Farms was SO delicious. The road itself is a unique experience (I think she said 323 hairpin turns and 32 one-lane bridges each way) but Shelley navigated like a pro and no one in our van got carsick (YAY). Both tours were AWESOME and I would highly recommend either (or both, like we did!). We were picked up right at our hotel both days, which saved us from needing a car rental or an expensive Uber ride. Can't say enough good things about this company!

5.00Eric was amazing! He customized our tour based on weather and the group. He is very knowledgeable and has some great recommendations. Before he dropped us off he made sure we knew how to contact him for anything we needed, especially the spots that only locals know about. We’re definitely doing this tour again!
