This tour includes pick-up from your cruise ship port, airport, or hotel room, as well as a narrated tour of the west side of the island on the way to one of the best beaches not only in Roatan but in Central America as recently rated. Once at the beach, following a short boat ride to the coral reef, we'll take you on a one hour snorkelling tour with all snorkel equipment included. If you are not comfortable swimming you can just relax on the boat and enjoy the sights surrounded by crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean.
After the snorkel trip, we will bring you back to the beach so that you enjoy the rest of your day relaxing and basking in the sun.
The beach is equipped with clean washrooms and showers and beach chairs are provided. Just bring a towel and sun lotion. If you don't have them or forgot them on the cruise ship, no worries, you can purchase them from the local beach store.

What To Expect
West Bay
West bay beach is White sandy beach and turquoise water, makes it the perfect getaway for cruise shippers and tourists who visit our beautiful island. Washrooms, beach chairs, souvenir shop, restaurant, are some of the facilities at this beach club from where our boat snorkeling tour departs from.

5.00Everything was perfect! We were picked up directly from the ship and taken to a small speedboat. A young guide then took us out to sea. He attached the boat to a buoy, handed us the diver's fins and we went into the water. He showed us the most beautiful places underwater. We saw fish of all colors, corals of all shapes and beautiful big colorful shells. After about an hour we went back by boat. On land, our driver was already waiting. He drove us to an absolute dream beach. We got a bracelet and then we could use the sun loungers in the shade under the palm trees, the toilets, the changing rooms and had very good WiFi. The driver stayed with us on the beach until we had to go back to the ship. Everything was perfectly organized. It was a wonderful day. Many thanks to the whole team.

5.00Our tour guide was great, very flexible and accommodating, and did not rush us at all. The snorkeling was fantastic. Beautiful reefs!! I went snorkeling again a couple of days later in Cozumel and while I saw more variety of sea life, the reefs were not as beautiful.

5.00Joshua was amazing. We initially had a problem with the catamaran that came for our family snorkel trip. But Joshua stepped up and fixed it all for us. We had to reschedule for the following day in order to use a different boat but Joshua quickly organized a zip line adventure for us. Both excursions ended up being wonderful and we really appreciated Joshua’s quick thinking solutions. Highly recommend booking excursions with him, especially when staying at Kimpton grand roatan

1.00We had to wait an hour for another family to show up. During that time, they made us walk about a half mile down the road and said we’ll be back. Very confusing. Once we got to the beach, they shoved 13 of us on a very small boat that did not have enough snorkel gear for all of us to use. Once we got to the beach club there was a lot of confusion on where to sit as they did not truly reserve a spot for our group. Our tour guide was gone quite a bit so we had to rely on other guides to help out. We already had this same excursion booked for our upcoming February cruise but we will definitely be cancelling and booking something else.

4.00Meet up instructions need to be improved. Spent 30 minutes finding the location and tour guide. Other guides jumped in to call the company. Once we met Tracy, things proceeded much more smoothly. He asked us what we wanted to do and made it happen for us. Snorkeling was beautiful, we got a tour of Coxen Hole, and relaxed on the beach. Then he took us to Annie's restaurant near a beautiful bay for a local lunch. Thank You Tracy!

5.00Michael was our driver/tour guide. He is local and shares his knowledge very freely. He took good care of us and was with us all during our land excursion. We loved him! Henry was our boat captain and snorkel coordinator. He put the boat right above an excellent coral reef! We saw so many fish and beautiful coral. This was an excellent excursion and I highly recommend it!
