  Booked this excursion direct through Royal Caribbean. The "Island View" - Don't let the name fool you. What's marketed as a scenic overlook is a platform above a gift shop, accessed by dangerously low-clearance stairs. At under 6 feet tall, I walked away with a head injury serious enough to see stars. The view itself? Through grimy windows. Hardly the panoramic Caribbean experience advertised. The "Eco Park" - This is where the false advertising really stings. The park is tiny, comparable to a neighborhood community park back home. The wildlife highlight was a single monkey that isn't even native to Roatán, kept there specifically so tourists can pay extra for a photo op. That's not an eco experience; that's a petting zoo prop. The Beach - The one saving grace was free Wi-Fi, which tells you everything: the best thing about a Caribbean beach excursion was catching up on emails. The water was murky even in the shallows, making any snorkeling or swimming unappealing. Bottom line: This excursion overpromises on every front: the view, the wildlife, and the beach. Between the safety hazard on those stairs, the misleading "eco" branding, and the disappointing water quality, there's very little value here. Spend your port day in Roatán a different way.

  Hello, Honduras 🇭🇳 was one quick stop for us, since we came on a cruise, but this was one of the highlights of the trip. Beautiful incredible hike through nature, the knowledge of our guide Fraser was just incredible. You could tell how much he enjoys showing tourists a beautiful part of his island. Loved talking to the parrot, sitting in the entrance. The 2 dessert and passionfruit juice we got, SO VERY DELICIOUS 😋. Thank you for sharing parts of your beautiful nature…. Hope to come back sometime. • Trip canceled with only 15hrs to spare when cancelation policy requires more than 24hrs from customer!!

  This trip got canceled with less than 24 hrs (was 15hrs) advance notice. Not enough to find sth suitable and I was already on the cruise ship with limited internet. TA cancelation policy is for at least 24hrs. They don't even extend that on the reverse side. Totally unacceptable by TripAdvisor and toir operator , particularly since reason was not enough guest. So just a profit consideration. Trying to complain directly to TripAdvisor almost impossible. Not easy to find contact info, just faqs that don't allow to express the frustration with how this was handled. Think twice before booking with this comapny!!!!!

  We loved this hike!!! Our guides were absolutely amazing. They took it slow and answered all questions. We were provided with so much info and truly able to soak in the nature. We even got to eat a fresh mango from the tree. The nature park was beautiful at the end where we got to see nature and animal life. Bathrooms were clean. Afterwards we were taken to a beach that was discusting. We attempted to order food but after 1hr 30 min later we still had nothing.

  Stopped at Eco park as part of our cruise excursion. Was disappointed as they advertised we would see animals, including slots. But they only had one monkey, one bird, and NO slots. Said something about him escaping but not sure if that was true. The park was okay to walk round on a path and see different trees/ vegetation. Nothing special though. So if you really want to see Sloats and multiple animals, find another attraction and do not go to this park

  Unbelievable- got to play with Goapo- the most adorable Capuchin monkey. He was so much fun, I couldn’t stop laughing. They also had a baby sloth that we could pet. What a great experience. The park is lovely and interesting.
