Roatan is mostly known for two things -- beaches and adventure. On the famous Zip 'n' Dip Canopy Tour, you can enjoy both of these and make the most of your time in port. First, experience the thrill of flying from platform to platform on a 1.8-mile (3-km) zipline course in the heart of Roatan's jungle. Then, it's off to the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean for a refreshing dip in the water!

I booked a tour through Agoda, but they never showed up for the scheduled pickup. After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally reached someone who was not only rude but blatantly dishonest—claiming he had waited in the lobby and left, which was completely false. What followed was appalling: the representative began using profanity and, shockingly, called me a “terrorist” based solely on my name. This kind of racist and abusive behavior is unacceptable and deeply offensive. No one should be subjected to such treatment. I strongly urge others to avoid this company. Their conduct was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory and hostile.

4.00Waited for a long time in the sun for the excursion to start. About 1 hour . Other than that it was great zip lining was amazing and the beach had a pool and playground for the kids to enjoy.

5.00Great experience. Parking lot to meet vendor was not a far walk from the mahogany bay carnival port. Guides were experienced and very helpful. They took my kids (9, 7, and 5) down the zipline with them safely. Adults also had fun going down themselves. Driver and van was good, was about a 30 min ride from the port. Beach experience was awesome as well, took us to nice private beach at a resort, which also had a shaded pool, bathrooms, and outdoor shower station. Beach was less than 5 mins from zipline area. Would definitely book again.

Everything was well organized, the staff was friendly, professional, and informative, and the activity itself was one of the highlights of our trip.
