  They have a special going on where you can do this coaster and the wild stallion twice each!!!! Great price over all for a family of 4!!! Even more fun to do at night!

  I purchased the double coaster combo while visiting Skyland Ranch, which allowed us to ride the Wild Stallion (at Skyland) twice as well as two rides at the Rocky Top Mountain Coaster. It seemed like a relatively good deal. We were able to do the Wild Stallion twice in a row with minimal wait (no wait the first time, maybe ten minutes the second time). We really enjoyed that...lots of fun! But we came to Rocky Top that evening after dark when it was all lit up and the wait appeared to be at least two hours, so we left, defeated. We returned the next day, about 30 minutes after opening and the wait was already 90 minutes long. Since I had already paid for it, we begrudgingly waited that whole time. The ride was fun...don't get me wrong...but certainly not worth waiting an hour and a half or two hours! If we would have redeemed our second ride, we would have had to return to the end of the line, which surely would have been another two hours at that point (!), so we just forfeited those. If I would have known about the wait times, I would have just paid for multiple rides at Skyland and skipped Rocky Top altogether. Maybe it's better in the off season. 🫤

  This is our 2nd time coming to the coaster, first time was this summer when we moved my son into UT. We love it! There is a line, but it moves and you don't really think about it. We bought our tickets online and it was very easy once we got there would do again.

  We’ve tried multiple different mountain coasters the last couple of years on vacation and this was by far the best one! Admission fee is affordable (family of 5). We waited about an hour to ride, but the atmosphere was so great. Music played the whole time, plus fans going. The 10 minute ride was very much worth the wait.

  Easy to book online & friendly staff. Capt Emily was fantastic guide and river was smooth as glass for a fantastic ride & tour to Island Pointe. We saw plenty of local wildlife & we will definitely do this again next time we visit Pigeon Forge/Gaitlinburg.

  Friendly staff, the line was full so it was spilling out into the parking area, but it moved pretty fast. It was also the first day of spring break. I would definitely recommend.
