Places of worship have strict dress code requirements for entry. All participants are required to have shoulders and knees covered (no tank tops or short dresses) to enter.
Pantheon entry is not included in this tour on the first Sunday of each month or during national holidays (April 25, June 2, November 4) due to ticket unavailability. No refunds will be issued.
The Trevi Fountain may be undergoing maintenance during your visit. Workers may be present, but the fountain will remain visible.
Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed.

What To Expect
Spanish Steps
Beat the busy crowds and the hustle and bustle of city life as your early morning tour will take you through the Roman streets. Visit the Spanish Steps in the morning light to admire their beauty, before making your way through the winding cobble stone streets.
Trevi Fountain
Your small group and expert guide will continue on towards the famous Trevi Fountain, and learn of the architect Nicola Salvi who built it. Pictures do not do the fountain justice, and seeing it in person will truly help you absorb the beauty and fine skill it took to create it. Enjoy capturing the moment with plenty of space and without the worry of other tourists in the way as you take advantage of the early morning hours. The Trevi Fountain may be undergoing maintenance during your visit. Workers may be present, but the fountain will remain visible.

5.00We did the private Rome at dawn tour with Liv tours. Andy was fabulous and best guide yet for us. He really took care of us in so many small ways. He accommodated my family by prioritizing the slowest members of the group. He pulled trash cans out of the way. He made us feel welcome and completed at ease with the pace of our tour. He never rushed us. Furthermore he is extremely entertaining and smart and funny. He knew a lot of interesting facts and did voices and just changed things in the fly. Just a incredible private tour. Worth every penny.

5.00Highly recommend getting out early to enjoy the sights of Rome before the crowds. We met Chiara at 7am and the city was calm and quiet. We started at the Spanish Steps where we were lucky enough to see the steps decorated with azaleas. Chiara has a vast knowledge of art and Roman History. She had several anecdotes that help you remember certain facts and timelines. Chiara was very personable and you could tell she really enjoyed Rome in the early morning. We were able to get up close at Trevi Fountain at that time of day. She pointed out things we would have totally missed if we were on our own. The light breakfast was very enjoyable too. This provided a great overview of Rome’s history.

5.00We did this tour with Chiara and she was excellent. The amount of knowledge that she has is incredible and she is clearly so passionate about learning and sharing history. My favorite thing was how she brought perspective and power to a lot of the history and we were able to follow along a timeline. A tour with Chiara felt like a conversation with an incredibly well informed friend, not a lecture. She also has a great perspective on power in history so we got more than just what happened, we got the why. You can’t beat the small groups and intimate tours that Liv Tours offers.

5.00This tour was fabulous because of Alexandra our guide. Walking during the early morning gave is the space and time to really enjoy the historic sites without the crowds. A must do!
