5.00Since my international SIM card did not work, I could not show everything on my phone. Some things, but not everything. I had paid extra for pick up and drop off at my hotel. The driver picked me up at my hotel, but he could not find in his phone that I had paid for drop-off at the end. Without the internet, I could not show him proof that I had paid extra for both pick up & drop off. Isn't it a "return" service? The driver was very nice(!!!) and brought me back to my hotel. The drivers should know that when they pick someone off, they drop them off at the end of the tour. Otherwise, the tour and the guide were absolutely fantastic!!! LOVED the tour!!!
A must do while in Rome! The city is so beautiful by night!

5.00Our driver took us to all the sights and it was a beautiful night. The golf cart was a "luxury" cart and was extremely comfortable and we felt very safe. He was excellent at explaining the sights, was a safe driver and offered to take lots of photos for us. A Rome night tour is a must to do, as everything is lit up so beautifully!

1.00They change the itinerary without notice or explanation. Ride customer service . When you pay a lot of money on tours, you expect the company to follow through on their itineraries. Spend your money at a different place . They will not take you to the places they advertise and with no warning.

5.00Highlight of our trip! ATA was an outstanding tour guide and took us to so many beautiful places with beautiful views and he was an excellent photographer!! We highly recommend this golf cart tour. The only improvement could have been a microphone system of some sort - it was difficult to hear at times with the traffic in the back seat.
Take this tour and ask for Nico if you can!

5.00Nico was amazing!!!! So funny and so informative. The nighttime tour is perfect because there are so few crowds at normally very very populated areas. It was also fun to drive through the smaller side streets that a larger car/bus/van etc couldn’t access. Seeing Rome by golf cart is a must and seeing Rome by golf cart guided by Nico is a double must! Will tell anyone coming to Rome to take this tour. Would give 6 stars if I could. Well worth the money.

5.00Lorenzo was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and a safe but efficient driver. It was a great tour to see the city and monuments at night without major crowds. Highly recommend you take it & request Lorenzo as your guide!

1.00The tour company did not bring enough golf carts for everyone, which created chaos for all the groups trying to travel with their families like us. We were only able to ride with our family because another family did not want to split up from their family and stayed behind. The tour guide did not have a microphone and could only talk to the passengers when stopped because it was hard to hear while driving. The driver did try to do a good job but the your company was not accommodating to him or the passengers. They even called him while driving and he had to interrupt our tour and pull over to speak with them. This experience with this company was not pleasant and I would not recommend them or use them again. We did not get the value or experience for the money we paid. I would request a refund if possible
