What a Way to End Our Day in Roma!

5.00My daughter and I had a wonderful excursion. From beginning to end Augustin was friendly and informative. I highly recommend this tour to see the beautiful city at sunset and at night.
Cancelled pick-up 90 minutes before the tour, guide was late, and placed us as no-shows while we waited.

1.00HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE with this company. We paid for the pick-up and drop-off option when we reserved the tour. 90 minutes before the tour, when we asked when they would come to pick us up, they told us they wouldn't be able to provide that part of the service, even though we were the only group on that tour. After agreeing to be at the meeting point and being there 10 minutes before the start time, they told us the driver Pietro would be 15 minutes late due to traffic. He did not arrive by that time either. They refused to tell us the plate number to easily locate our golf cart in a road full of them: they only said it was white and the driver's name. 5 minutes before our driver, Pietro, arrived, they placed us as no-shows in Viator. Thankfully, another guide named Robin was there and offered to include us in his tour. If it weren't for his kindness, we wouldn't have seen most landmarks in the city. Robin was an excellent guide, and his willingness to make this night special for us really shone through. The negative review is entirely due to how the company handled the situation and the customer service provided.

Timed our tour perfectly to see the sunset from a perfect vantage point overlooking the city. Saw the major landmarks in Rome and never felt rushed! He made our stay in Rome even more memorable.
