5.00Paolo was fabulous! Taking the golf cart tour at night brings Rome to life. Paolo was very knowledgeable and answered questions easily. Since he grew up in Rome, he knew many details that other guides may not know. He is a safe driver. The streets are much quieter at night. We booked the 9:30pm tour which we highly recommend. We were surprised how quickly the time passed.

1.00Zero stars. Company confirmed pickup address by WhatsApp and email, then when the time came… they never showed up. After multiple attempts to reach them before time slot, during 10 minute grace period and after- we were completely ignored. We had prepaid $1000 USD and planned 1 of our short 3 night stay in Rome around this tour, so when we were ignored, lied to and then treated extremely badly by “management”- disappointed is an understatement. A decent ending came when we were completely refunded by Viator, a week later, after being yelled at and blatantly lied to from this company that does not care about the customers. We begged them to just come pick us up and chalk it all up to a mistimed, misunderstanding so they could keep the money and we could enjoy a nighttime golf cart ride. There are so many wonderful people and companies in Rome for you to enjoy this amazing city. Choose wisely and avoid this one.

5.00What an absolute treat this was on our first night in Rome. We wanted something easy on our first day. Some in our tour had a misfortune and had to leave the tour. However our guide Luca - was phenomenal. He was very engaged and easily and expertly showed us all the things promised. It was a great preview of all the things we had planned to see in detail our week here.
