  Cannot recommend this experience. We took numerous tours while in Rome; this was the only one that wasn't worth the money and the only one we didn't enjoy or gave a negative review to. This tour was didn't match the advertised description or itinerary, differing in various ways. It was unfun and unprofessional overall. I'll break down the top ten key points below: 1) This experience was advertised to last approximately three hours, but for me it was over within two hours and twenty minutes - from the time I got picked up to the time I got dropped off. (There were three couples and one solo traveler total in our group.) If you just count the actual time spent with the full group in the cart and seeing 'sights,' it was under two hours. 2) We booked this tour because we wanted to visit the sites that were listed on the published itinerary. Our guide did not follow the published itinerary - not even close. The two main things we were excited to visit on this tour were the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, but we saw neither. We also wanted to visit the Colosseum, and we did if you consider parking far away and standing on a bridge to take a few quick photos with the Colosseum in the background to be visiting it. 3) We were expecting to have an audio tour from the guide - as advertised - our guide didn't talk much and when he did, he provided very little information about the sites we visited. When the tour ended we were literally unsure what some of the sights we stopped at even were and we had learned absolutely nothing new about the sites we did see. 4) This entire tour felt rushed. We only stopped at a handful of places, and when we did stop, it felt rushed - for most of them our guide told us we had only 'five minutes.' 5) Not only did the guide rush us, but at the very first stop, one person (a woman, traveling alone) took a little longer than the rest of us (a minute or two late getting back to the cart and visible on the corner, waiting for the light to change so she could cross the street and get in the golf cart) and the guide started to drive away without her! When we told her she wasn't back yet, he acted like he didn't know what we were talking about and we literally had to yell at him to stop and wait while she tried to cross the street and get back to the golf cart. 6) While we drove, our guide told us only a few things about the sites and spent much of the time talking with one of the group members in Italian (he said they were discussing soccer). Our guide also took one member of the group (a young woman) off on her own at one site in order to ask for her phone number and offer to take her out alone on his scooter after this tour ended. 7) Because the tour was at night, me and the person I went with paid an extra fee for door to door transportation - but, at tour's end, we got dropped at the end of the street, at the bottom of a hill, because the tour guide said his vehicle was out of power. 8) When I followed up with the tour operator about our negative experience on the tour, they were unhelpful and either wrong or dishonest about more than one thing. 9) When I contacted the tour operator to discuss my issues with the tour, they ignored most of what I said and only responded to two points: the short length of the tour and the fact that we paid for door-to-door service but didn't get it. As to the short tour time, they told me their GPS said the cart had been out for two hours and forty minutes so the tour couldn't have been too short (untrue - unless you count every moment of pick up and drop off for every person on the tour). As to the door-to-door, they claimed I hadn't paid for door-to-door (which I definitely had - it was an add-on, I paid for it, and I have a receipt). Then they offered me 10% off my 'next' experience with them - as if there was going to be a next time. 10) Overall, this tour was way overpriced and not even close to the published description and itinerary.

  Great way to see the city at night!! Paolo made the tour fun and informative! Great company to have while touring the city! He made sure we hit all of our stops that were most important and even allowed us extra time for some TikTok pictures😁

  You see the sites of Rome at night all lite up giving a different perspective than day light. Vito is an excellent guide. Tailoring the trip as he heard us talk about things we were interested in. He is awesome.

  Our golf cart tour in Rome was absolutely amazing, and it was all thanks to Paulo! From the moment we started, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Rome’s history and shared fascinating stories that really brought the city to life. Paulo drove us through beautiful streets and iconic landmarks with ease, making the whole experience relaxing and fun. He was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor, which made the tour even more enjoyable. He also took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we had plenty of great photo opportunities. Exploring Rome by golf cart with Paulo was truly one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Rome! 🌟

  Very nice way to start trip to Rome. No crowds at night and city was lit up for great photos. Paublo knew all the best spots and gave history enroute. Especially appreciated after long day of travel because you get golf cart ride everywhere!

  A really informative tour seeing the main highlights of Rome such as the Spanish steps, the Vatican, Colosseum and more; all highlighted by the beauty of night! Manu was a great tour guide, thank you for a great experience! Recommended if you only have a limited time in Rome.
