5.00Daniel was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the city and his driving was very safe. We wished he would’ve told us more about the places as we were approaching them, but he tended to tell us things after we left, which was fine. He took us on more than the scheduled itinerary so we feel like we got a comprehensive tour of Rome , including St Peter’s Square (peaceful, quiet and all set up for Sunday Mass)! We met some nice people and enjoyed the cool night and way less crowds! Except the Trevi Fountaon which was a s$itshow with massive loud crowds, security, and possible pickpockets (do NOT give your phone up for pictures!)

1.00Unfortunately our experience was cancelled 2 hours before we were due to meet, as the cart had broken down which is no fault of their own, but the way we have been treated since, has not been great. We received a call asking if we wanted to rebook for the following day, which we accepted, however never received the confirmation for, so I followed up asking for them to confirm our rescheduled experience, and they then said there was no record of this and the refund process had started. We then booked with another company which provided us with a great view of the sites in Rome. Yet to receive our refund (14 day later), and when asking for an update, have been ignored. Would not recommend, miscommunication from the start and seemingly hesitant and unwilling to resolve or support. The 180 euro spent for the experience, was then essentially doubled by needing to find an alternative provider, giving us great stress on our trip’s budget with this being the first visit on our European trip. We have now arrived home and still haven’t been refunded. Support is slow to respond and at times, unhelpful and shows a lack of understanding.
