5.00this was our way to see Rome! We did not go into the Colosseum or other attractions, but found this wonderful to at least see the ancient structures. We did this on our first day of arrival from the US and this night tour kept us up so it is recommended for the day of arrival.

5.00Matt was amazing. We were picked up right on time. He really went and beyond to make our night tour special. Especially riding through Prati and taking us up on the “hill” for an amazing view. We were also able to see the Trevi fountain at night when it was way less crowded. Highly recommend. And request Matt! You won’t be disappointed.

3.00The golf cart tour was a lot of fun and you see many sights just riding around that you wouldn’t have time to walk to on a short visit. It includes a great night time stop with the Colosseum. I couldn’t really hear the tour guide, and the reason for three stars instead of 5 is that it ended in 2 hours, not 3, and we didn’t see the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, or Spanish Steps as advertised. $300 is a lot for two people to miss that. So I would recommend booking direct with the company or asking about stops ahead of time. Some of us lingered at one stop and I wondered if that was why we skipped those but no explanation was given. I should have spoken up, but it’s not my nature. Still all in all a good time, I would just ask at the outset next time and wish I could be refunded a bit.

1.00Thoroughly disappointed with the organizer. We had one day in Rome and planned our day around this tour. They canceled less than an hour before the meeting time. We rushed through dinner to make it on time. They said the cancellation was due to a road closure while we saw carts running all over. This is fraudulent behavior.
Don't arrange a tour with Luxurbe as the provider.

1.00Tour was selected through Viatour with Luxurbe as the provider for a nighttime golf cart tour in Rome. They did not show-up and canceled nearly 30 minutes after the tour was to begin. Staff that they had at the meeting spot shared at 10 minutes after the tour was to start, that their driver was stopping by the garage and would be arriving within 5 minutes. That staff member confirmed with the office my reservation, and for a family of 4 that was awaiting the same tour. He then left the pick-up location, not waiting for the 5 minutes to confirm arrival of their driver. The call that I received from one of their office staff members notifying me of the cancelation spent much energy attempting to blame me for the tour having been canceled. They had called me 8 hrs prior; however left no message. After the call, through the app, I then received notification to arrive 10 minutes before the tour was scheduled. I arrived 30 minutes prior and stayed an hour, until being notified of the cancelation. They also attempted to blame me for the cancelation stating that I was in the wrong meeting location. I confirmed where I was and had received confirmation that I was in the correct location from their "customer service" staff members that were at the same location. I had to insist upon a refund, as I was not able to reschedule as it was my last night in Rome. I was out the taxi fare to and from the location. The family of 4 scheduled for the same golf cart tour were experiencing their only day in Rome and apparently were stranded as it appeared that the tour company was to provide them transportation back to their hotel after the tour.

5.00A really fun, and informative way to tour Rome. We had a wonderful tour guide, David, he gave us lots of great detail, details and information about everything we were seeing. He made the whole experience fun. Seeing everything lit up at night was a completely different way to view some of the incredible monuments in Rome.
