5.00This was a really pleasant and interesting trip with Monica. The taxi trip on the way to and from the catacombs took in many of the sites of Rome along with many stories. We felt safe at all times and the use of headphones and receiver sets allowed for continuous dialogue and descriptions, including many recommendations of what else to visit and what to eat.

4.00The photo for the booking gave me the impression that there were skeletons in the catacombs. Otherwise, everything was superb, however, could well use some postcards when you did not have to photograph.

1.00I came on the wrong day ( my fault) I checked in at the fountain early talked to the tour guide -she informed me I had catacombs only come back in 45 minutes. She looked at my email and ticket. We met up again 45 minutes later. They moved me to another line. I obliged and moved to other line. My name not called, I went and asked a question. Moving at their request, then Informed I had the incorrect date, my ticket was for the next day. I asked if we could go today since we were there. I was snubbed the guide walked off. Could have been a language barrier. I then called to cancel my ticket since I couldn’t go. I was informed I missed the 24 hour mark by 15 minutes. I would NOT have missed the 15 mark if when I first spoke with them an hour earlier and they actually helped me. The one event o was looking forward to the whole trip dashed… the customer experience was not helpful
