Very interesting, lots to see. Prepare for the heat. Try to book early in the day when it's cooler and the crowds are smaller

I think you need to hit lucky with your particular guide. Ours was a nice guy but didnt hold our attention to a greater extent. Found ourselves getting bored and wanting to leave the tour at times and explorer independently. Our audio radio/ earpiece was lousy and it was incredibly difficult to hear the commentary

Brilliant affordable well organised tour. Our English Roman guide was very knowledgeable with a great dry humour. Safe to say that we didn't end up elbowing any french people out of the way. A*

We booked online months ago. We did not have the option of printing a ticket pass or anything of that nature at that time. Wewere advised that we would be getting an email or text message just prior to our visit to the Colosseum within link to obtain our ticket. To obtain our ticket, we were given a very short brief summary to meet at terminal B outside of the train station there were 1000 peoplestanding there, but First we had a lot of difficulty finding this terminal B. We asked the police officer who sent us in the wrong direction. We asked totour guide of another agency who sent us in the wrong direction we asked locals who sent us in the wrong direction so after walking in circles for 30 minutes in the June heat and Rome, we finally found terminal B outside. While standing there amongst the shoulder toshoulder crowd, I asked another tour guide who told me and broken Italian accented English that I was in the right place, but our tour operator just not there and they usually come here and just wait and they will show up luckily for me a couple from San Francisco California was standing right next to me when I asked that question and he heard the response as well. told me hey buddy the guy you need is right here with me. We’re on the same tour turnaround to see that the tour operator forthe agency selected by TripAdvisor had the sign between his knees where it was very easy to spot in a crowd of 1000 people and was speaking in broken Englishwith an Indian accent that was nearly incomprehensible the tour Guide, whose job it was to to simply look at our ID and take our name print our ticket, which could’ve been done months before or days before our trip attempted multiple times to explain to me in his very broken English again Indian accent how to get to the beginning of the first line. It was like calling my medical insurance company and speaking to customer service. At an Indian call center could only understand one or two words out of three and had to have him repeat everything multiple times to get thegist of what to do and how to do my own self guided tour. I would not recommend this to anyone who is not very familiar with and its people. 👎

Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny individual I’d recommend to anyone interested in actually learning while sightseeing.
