While Joseph was pleasant and occasionally funny, he arrived a bit late and was bit disorganised Although the tour itself was acceptable, his delivery felt quite erratic, jumping from one topic to another without any clear flow. He also struggled to develop or continue a thought coherently, which made it difficult to follow and enjoy the experience. Overall, this was one tour I would not recommend.

Fi was a terrific tour guide! Very friendly and knowledgeable and loved answering our questions! She was also very conscious about keeping the group together, turning back to face us every few moments as we were walking along. We appreciated her enthusiasm and would absolutely take a tour with her again!

08 April 2026 - The guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Rome and especially the Colosseum. I learned a bunch of information that I wouldn’t have ever found out if I did a self guided tour. Unfortunately there were two American women who got lost from the group which we had to wait 10 minutes for. They went full Karen at the tour guide and tried to say she didn’t wait for them. Despite others in the group telling them we all had to wait the Karen’s decided to flip the guide off. Despite that it was very enjoyable.

Faith our tour guide was by far the best tour guide that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is incredibly knowledgeable, interacts with the entire group and made the topic wildly interesting. On a scale of 1-10 she is a 15 !!! The best, the best , the best !!!! I would love ❤️ to book any tour that she is guiding, no matter what the venue. Your company is very fortunate to have her on your staff.

We waited in line for a very long time to get into the Colosseum. The tour guide was friendly, but she didn’t have any stories to tell or ways of making it exciting. Most of our group members dropped off as the tour went on. If she had had more to tell us other than what we could read on the posted boards it could have been much more interesting and not felt so long.
