Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID, (picture of an ID works) that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The itinerary order might change. It is possible that you will visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill first and then the Colosseum
The costumers need to show up 20 mins before at the meeting point in order to guarantee a smooth departure of the activity.
Please ensure that the full names and birth dates of all participants are provided at the moment of booking, as entry cannot be guaranteed if the booking information is incomplete. All customers must have a ticket, even if they are eligible for free entry.
Please be aware that to enter the Colosseum it is necessary to pass a metal detector security check; on busy days there may be a queue to do in order to pass through security check.

Colosseum
Explore the symbol of the eternal city of Rome with privileged skip-the-line entry to the Colosseum. Enjoy the monument at your own relaxed and leisurely pace. Plunge yourself in the ancient Roman history and grasp the wonders of what this ancient site has to offer. The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill tickets are on a fixed-time schedule and the tour manager can explain the available times with or without guide in case you upgrade. Please show up at the meeting point 20 minutes before your tour starting time. The Meeting Point Location is located at the green kiosk outside the Colosseum stop (Blue Metro line).

Explore the ruins of the Ancient Rome. The Roman Forum was the very core of the Eternal City. This is was the political, religious and financial center of the city and all the Roman Empire. The Forum is where some of the most important Ancient Roman buildings were, and their ruins now are. Tickets are provided to you once inside the Colosseum. The guide will send you the PDF tickets on your favorite electronic device so you can explore the Roman Forum at your own pace. After your visit at the Colosseum, once at the exit, turn right and head towards the triumphal Arch of Titus. On the right you can see the entrance to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill areas.

Knowledgeable but disrespectful tour guide

3.00Tour starts from the Palatine hill , Roman forum and finally ends at the Colosseum. The tour guide was knowledgeable and gave a lot of information but didn’t provide any time to take pictures at view points . By the time we got to the Colosseum we were so tired and she said that a lift could be taken When my husband and I said we needed to take the lift she scoffed at us . Basically implying that we didn’t need to take the lift . My husband had torn his meniscus and I had a painful right knee . Just because our disabilities were not visible to her it was disrespectful how she behaved towards us . There was a queue to get on the lift and there was an elderly Asian gentleman in a wheelchair. The person pushing the wheelchair requested to go ahead in the line . This tour guide was so rude and kept denying him to go ahead told him no go back to the end of the line.This tour guide constantly talked about the Romans brutal behaviour but she herself was quite rude and disrespectful. First of all to a group of students and then an Indian child with her family. She talked about the Romans ego but her behaviour was no better. It was really upsetting to see how this guide behaved towards others with no kindness, compassion or empathy. We didn’t get to spend as much time as we wanted at the Colosseum as the guide wouldn’t stop talking. There should be a balance of information given and the time allowed for tourists to take pictures. We were exhausted after walking up and down steep slopes and steps . By the time we got to the Colosseum we were so exhausted and over loaded with information. We took a few pictures and left.I would have preferred to spent more time at the Colosseum but more time was spent at Palatine Hill and Roman forum.
