Alec guided our tour. He was very informative about the history and also the architecture andengineering. He added a bit of humor to keep it light. We had a wonderful visit.

Our guide, Georgia, was fantastic. We were so fortunate to have a guide with deep academic understanding of Roman history, inside perspective on current archaeological knowledge and a great sense of humour. She is an excellent communicator who relates well whether you’re a longtime history buff or just getting your head around world history. Her use of visuals (pictures) to help us imagine what things looked like centuries ago was also very powerful. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

We had Fi as our tour guide and she was phe-nominal. Very engaging, and incredible knowledge of the areas - plus took some really off piste questions, was so clear she really knew her stuff. The fact she was lovely too was a bonus. 10/10 recommend.

The astounding site and sight of the Colosseum could not have been better brought back to life by anyone other than Felicity (possibly got the name wrong), a vibrant and entertaining Liverpudlian lady. She was brilliant, her energy and enthusiasm, explanations and visualisations, made this such an enjoyable tour, highly highly recommended. Apologies if I’ve got her name wrong!

Easy and clear directions to the meet point. Fi, our tour guide was amazing - we were so pleased with our tour. She was knowledgeable, engaging and exciting and perfect for a 3 hour tour to hit the highlights of the forum and colosseum and get maximum out of it. Definitely recommend Fi for your tour.

Elsa was a spectacular guide!!! He didn’t stop talking all the way through (I don’t know how he did it) giving away historical knowledge and curiosities that are greatly appreciated. Without this tour the visit would not have been the same. Supeeeer recommended.

The tour given by Felicity was brilliant! She brought the history of the Colosseum and the Forum to life, especially for our children who were fascinated by everything Felicity had to say. It was obviously Felicity was passionate about all things Ancient Rome and as a former school teacher she really knew how to engage with the children and bring all of the elements of the tour to life. Our children were the youngest in the group and Felicity thoughtfully brought sweets to share in case energy levels were dropping. This tour is highly recommend!
