1.00What a terrible experience. They asked us to show up at 845am for a 9am entry. My husband and I show up at the time along with multiple people. Nobody was there, we attempted to call and text, no answer. Then at 920am someone shows up with a coffee that they made time to stop and buy and no apology for being late, and instead tries to rush us to get the tickets and direction for an entry at 930am. Overall 45mins behind. No communication at all and wasn’t even wearing the color for the uniform we were asked to look for. When we reached out to Viator regarding this, they didn’t help at all. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Stay away. Worse experience on our honeymoon

1.00It was a little frustrating, because I really wanted to see everything. I tried to contact customer service, but it wasn't easy to fix right away. In the end, I didn't get to do the tour as planned. But when you get in, the Colosseum is crazy, and the Roman Forum has a history that makes you think about how old everything is. I hope next time it gets better, but if you get tickets, it's really worth it

2.00I booked the tour at 9:00 so they can manage another activity. My surprise was when I was called the day before to forcibly change the excursion at 11:00. I argued to them why I couldn’t at that time and they told me that there was a clause in the contracting that allowed instead and they wouldn’t return the money. I think it's a shame that they include an illegal clause that means the loss of all the money for reasons beyond my control.

5.00This was the absolute best guided tour I have ever taken in over 25yrs of traveling. Laura Antonucci was a phenomenal guide. She brought ancient Rome to life before our eyes. Her ability to tell the story of how Rome was born, how it grew up and how it eventually died was nothing short of magic. Her use of visual aids that she took the time to gather in order to make sure we fully understood the story was absolutely amazing. Her words made the experience complete and we were All hanging on her every word. Others around us that were not in our tour were jealous of our tour group.
