The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded
Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed

In July and August due to the heat the duration of the visit is 2 hours

If you chose the audio guide option, please download it ahead of time while connected to Wi-Fi. Once installed, it works without internet. Headphones are not included – please bring your own, suitable for your phone. Kindly note that the app may not work on old phones. For reservations made after 4:00 PM, there may not be enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You’re welcome to start earlier or return the next day to access the Forum.

3.00There was not enough time allotted to see all three sights. Since our tickets for the Colliseum were timed we didn't get to tour Palatine Hill. The information/directions we received were very confusing about how to best navigate through the Roman Forum. We were disappointed that even though we paid to tour all three sites there wasn't enough time to do so.
