1.00They changed the meeting time which was OK but some of our group never received the change. When we arrived, we were told things changed that day and we would not have a guided tour inside as we paid for. They tried to make it seem like it was a big perk and favor to us. The guide met us outside and gave us a tour of the Palatine but not inside. This was a breach of what we paid for. I requested a full refund due to the bait and switch and was denied. Then I responded and they said they would refund $23 of $200. No way. I disputed with my credit card company and am awaiting that response. Don't trust Viator to provide what you pay for or provide good customer service. This is a scam no doubt.

Although our guide was super kind, he repeated himself a lot and I felt like he could have educated us a little more on what we were seeing. It was definitely better with a guide than without.

1.00Although we booked a private tour, it didn't feel much personal/private. The tour guide was nice but hardly made any interaction with us. In addition she talked mainly about historical facts and less about stories. I would expect the guidance to be more story telling and less than reading a history book.
