Vatican Museums
The Vatican Museums feature many works of art that belonged to the different Popes and are full of artistic beauty. Here is a glimpse of some of the most beautiful things to see in the Vatican Museums. Rooms and Galleries of the Vatican Museums, as the Greek Cross Room, the Gallery of Maps, the Gallery of Tapestries, Raphael Rooms and much more! From a relatively small collection of statues brought in by Julius II, it grew into a gigantic museum to a point that nobody even knows how many items are kept in the vaults and galleries of the Vatican.

Cinzia gave a fantastic tour. Her enthusiasm and knowledge were very evident throughout. The early morning experience was worth the price, crowds weren’t bad yet.

Our Early Morning Vatican Tour was the way to go! We were able to bypass the long lines and crowds and get within the walls of the Vatican before it got too hot. Our tour guide was awesome. She expertly navigated us through the numerous corridors to get us to the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica with ease. Her commentary was very interesting and added to the enjoyment of our Vatican visit! Highly recommended!

Elaine was most knowledgeable, very personable and accommodating. She took special care of my parents and made sure to get them on elevators where possible and opportunity to be seated when needed. Extremely enjoyable and would highly recommend!

When the tour guide asked “…is there anyone scared of heights? ” There is nothing scary about climbing to the Dome. When my tour guide said “…scared of heights” My husband got scared and decided not to do the stairs to the Dome. The steps up to the Dome are wide enough for 2 people that there is nothing scary about them. I ended up going up by myself. My husband missed out. Please don’t confuse the tourists.
