5.00Monica gives a tour to remember as she leads you through some great food experiences with interesting local knowledge on culture, history and architecture. We have walked some of these streets many times before but we learned a huge amount in a short time.

5.00David was extremely knowledgeable and also personable. I feel like I could’ve asked him the meaning of life and he’d had a genuine answer. He remembered all 12 of our names immediately and he took to us to places that he had personal connections with the people that worked there. All of the food was very good and the wine was even better. I even met people on the tour that I was able to get their personal information and will be seeing in future travels. I highly recommend this tour. Godspeed!

5.00This Trastevere food tour was hands-down one of the highlights of my time in Italy, and that’s entirely thanks to Marco. He is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and effortlessly funny—the kind of guide who makes history, food, and culture come alive without ever feeling like a lecture. From the moment we met, Marco gave us the warmest welcome and made everyone feel instantly at home. His passion for Roman food and Trastevere’s stories was contagious, and every stop felt thoughtfully chosen and perfectly paced. I learned so much, laughed a lot, and ate very well. Marco has that rare gift where you feel like you’re being shown around by a local friend rather than “on a tour.” By the end, I could’ve kissed him on both cheeks—truly! If you’re even considering a food tour in Trastevere, do yourself a favor and go with Marco. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next meal.
