5.00A tour is always 100x better when your tour guide and the other tourists in the group all get along and make the experience better. Our tour guide, Sam, made sure everyone in the group felt included and had a great time. We had aperitivo, fried cod fish, dinner with multiple courses, and finished it off with some delicious gelato. Sam even stopped at different places along the tour to share information about the history of different areas we were in. Can't forget all the wine we drank!

5.00Arvin was a wonderful host with a great personality. He expertly accommodated those with serious food allergies ( fish, nuts). Be prepared to nibble while standing for first few stops. All good served was fresh and expertly paired with wines from the region. Go hungry! But everything is relaxed and leisurely, so you never feel too stuffed. Wear comfortable shoes as sidewalks are cobblestone and hard on the knees. This tour was a wonderful introduction to Trastavere!

5.00It was a great first evening in Rome! Highly recommend! Sam was a fabulous tour guide who led us through the streets of Trastevere pointing out all the highlights and taking us to four stops for wonderful authentic Italian food and wine. The dinner stop was our favorite leading us through all the courses of an Italian meal. Truly a highlight of our vacation in Italy!
