We ve been to Rome several times, and even visited Trastevere, but our guide Valerio was so knowledgeable and entertaining that we have a whole new appreciation for Trastevere and Rome itself. Can’t wait to return and will recommend to friends and family. We were able to try a variety of foods and the pasta amatriciana is worth a visit to Rome in and of itself. Wonderful experience!

Our Guide Paula was easy to find, and informative in a fun way. The group was 5 couples and we loved the experience of finding the hidden food places that have been doing this forever and part of the towns history.

Great! Better than ricotta and wild cherries. David is a true Italian who knows his pasta and prosciutto. Would take the tour again just to hang with him.
