We were told to meet at the wrong address. Luckily it was in the same plaza area and we saw someone with a green sign. We liked our guide Olga who was extremely knowledgeable in the history of Rome. I would recommend her.

Our tour was on April 24, 2026, at 1:15pm. We arrived 15 min early. Laura Sensi was our guide, and she was incredible. Before starting, she handed each of us (about 12 people) a beautiful 8 x 11 poster of the Sistine Chapel, which I certainly appreciated, considering you are not allowed to take photos or video inside. (Don't lose it, it's a great keepsake.) Laura then took us seamlessly into Vatican City (no waiting because we had “Skip-the-Line”), where we visited the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. Laura explained each “museum” we entered, and my husband and I were overwhelmed by her depth of knowledge. She pointed out not only facts but tidbits that may not be public information. Just a note: you are not allowed to linger long in certain areas, but Laura pointed out the best ones. And referred to each one of our group members, remembering where we were from, the questions we had and linking interesting facts to us. Beautiful touch. When one of the group members went mysteriously off on their own, she was so distraught—she spoke to the entire security team, though, should they rejoin, which they did. Laura is caring, well-spoken, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, when we got to the official souvenir shop (everything is blessed in there), she so kindly pointed out to me that I should buy a small holy water souvenir, as if to say, if there is one thing you should grab, this would be the best choice.” She didn't have to take me aside to point this out, as I was overwhelmed with the selection, but I certainly did take her advice, and now it's at home with me in Canada. 🙏❤️ I also missed a picture on the Basilica steps—Laura kindly sent me a video and pictures via WhatsApp a few days after, when she did another tour. I am so impressed with her and her service. Absolutely worth every penny to be guided and to have Skip-the-Line (including the one for St. Peter’s). Laura Sensi is outstanding!
