We will pick you up with bags from the port of Civitavecchia on arrival, directly from dock side. No need to take any shuttle. Your English Speaking driver will be there waiting for you with sign in hand and your name on. After meeting and carrying your bags on board, off to Rome for an intense overview of the city. Your English Speaking driver will illustrate all the highlights of the city for an amazing experience. In full comfort you will be able to enjoy a touch of Rome and its history. At the end of the tour, your English Speaking driver will lead you to your hotel in town or to the airport for your departure flight.

5.00Manny our driver was absolutely fantastic! We had 1 day to spend in Rome after a cruise, and Manny ensured we had a wonderful experience! His knowledge of Rome was excellent, and he ensured we seen all of the highlights and brought us to a great lunch spot! Luca was super easy to communicate with, and was extremely prompt with responding and coordinating. If you are looking for a wonderful time on a private tour, I'd highly recommend! 5-star experience!

5.00We had transfers scheduled to and from the airport and to and from the Port of Civitavecchia for a cruise. A one day tour of Rome was also scheduled the day before our cruise. Our tours were all set up private and had between 6 and 8 people. All of the transfers we scheduled were perfect. All of the drivers were professional and on time. I would recommend your company to anyone that was traveling to Rome. Thank you Luva for all of your help and I appreciate all of the communication confirming the transfers. John was very informed and interesting while driving us around with our Rome tour. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see. He even made the day more special by taking us to a romantic spot when he found out that my future son in law wanted to propose to my daughter that day. It was so special. Thank you again!

5.00Service was excellent! Our driver Marco is originally from Rome and knows his history well. Marco shared detailed information about each site that he took us to, starting from the moment he picked us up from the cruise. Marco was very accommodating to a group of five ladies! I highly recommend their services! We had an excellent day in Rome.

5.00If I could give 100 stars, I would! We had the most amazing experience with Rome Private Excursions, and our guide Angelo made it absolutely unforgettable. From the moment he picked us up at the cruise terminal, we were in great hands. Angelo is incredibly knowledgeable about Roman history, and he shared so much fascinating insight throughout the day. He took us to so many iconic and hidden spots, always knowing the best photo angles and giving us plenty of time to explore. Among the many highlights, we visited the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Road of the Temples, Circus Maximus, the Janiculum Hill (Gianicolo), and so many more. It truly felt like Angelo showed us all of Rome in just one day! He also made time for us to enjoy an authentic Roman breakfast and later took us to a fantastic local restaurant for lunch—experiences we would have completely missed without him. His food and photo spot recommendations were perfect! Another huge plus: the cost was very affordable for the exceptional level of service, comfort, and customization we received. Angelo’s van was spacious, easily fit all our luggage for three people, and he made sure our belongings were safe and secure throughout the trip. 5.00Excellent communication prior to booking directly with the company owner,. Very flexible, This private tour exceeded all of our expectations. This is the only way to go ! We (4 of us) got picked up directly at the cruise ship port, by an excellent and very knowledgeable driver who customized our tour. He kept an eye on the time and arranged things as necessary to get us to all of our bucket list items. The private tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St. Peters Basilica was very well coordinated and so educational. The guides are experts at customer service. There is just no comparison to a crowded bus with microphones and 60 people

5.00We had a wonderful experience using Rome Private Excursion service. The private tour is definitely the way to go to explore the destination. Our driver was very friendly, flexible and spoke fluent English. We also had a private tour guide for Vatican city. She was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the history and the artifacts. It was a great way to end our 10 day journey in Europe.

5.00Are you looking for a GREAT tour at the end of your cruise? Then book with Rome Private Excursions! From the start of our planning process the company is a dream to work with. I got responses to all my email questions. Then we got confirmation and reminder email all the way up to our pick up date. Angelo arrived at the port early and we were on our way to seeing EVERYTHING on our list in Rome. He even took us to a wonderful local restaurant for lunch. Angelo was a perfect guide. Gave us information on each stop and he would drop us close by, so less walking in the hot August weather. Be sure to book early!
