At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival

in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The driver was kind and waiting with our name displayed as expected. The lack of 5th store is simply bc of distance to car. If you have elderly person or disabled be mindful of the long walk.

The driver was professional and met us promptly at the designated area. Our hiccup was the transportation company gave our driver the wrong hotel for the destination. In hindsight, we should have verified our destination. This added about 30 minutes to the drive. Five stars for the driver, one star for the transportation company error do three stars overall.

We waited in the pickup area for +20 minutes before our driver arrived. There is a lot of confusion in the area with other drivers/passengers. Made multiple search walks for my name before finally seeing my name boldly on an iPad. The driver provided water and mentioned a few prominent places along the 45 minute trip to our hotel. Driver took our bags and loaded them in the vehicle and unloaded them and walked them into the hotel lobby. Nice gentleman.

We were a party of 6 adults with fair amount of luggage. Rome is super busy, traffic-wise. We transferred to a central hotel. Definitely need a driver who knows all the back streets. Met driver after exiting customs, no problem. Driver loaded our large suitcases on a trolley. Walk to parking garage to executive van was about 300 yards. Good experience especially after a long overnight flight.

Extremely fast race car driving. We didn’t mind, however my grandmother was extremely nervous. A wee bit of a walk to van. Again we didn’t mind- grandmother had difficulty.
