At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

5.00After gathering our luggage we followed the "Limo" signs and very easily found our name and then our driver. The driver walked us over to where his vehicle was parked and placed our luggage in the back and off we went. The ride was comfortable and we arrived at our Rome hotel promptly with no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend using this service!

5.00Easy to find our driver with the instructions provided. He took our bags for us. A little bit of a walk from the airport to where the car was but after being on a plane for 9+ hours, it was nice to walk a little. The drive was great and our driver pointed out the Vatican City walls as we drove past. Dropped us off right at our hotel and got our bags out of the van. Great service overall!
