At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival

in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Rome Fiumicino Airport Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the NCC MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.

We had a wonderful experience with this private transfer service! Although our arrival was delayed due to a long wait for our luggage at the airport, our driver was incredibly accommodating and patient. He greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome right away. During the ride to our hotel, he shared interesting insights about some of Rome’s iconic monuments we passed, which added a lovely touch to the journey. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free—exactly what we needed after a long flight. Carlo was our excellent driver. Our flight was delayed so I reached out to let him know but he was already tracking the flight. We made it through customs in 5 minutes and got our bags in 5 minutes. The only issue is one of our bag straps was missing. Must have fallen out. I had warned Carlo that we had 5 people and 14 bags! His van had plenty of room for all of us and he didn’t make us feel guilty for having so much luggage. His van had AC which was so nice given it was so hot in July! He was very nice, he didn’t think he spoke English well but we thought he did. He was great!
