At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to message or whatsapp the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to message or whatsapp the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

1.00The system in place for checking passengers through security on arrival was shambolic. No regulated queueing system, as you arrive in the hall security machines to your left and right but no system in place to make access easy. Just a free for all, which is the last thing you need after flying. In addition the staff on duty were rude, ignorant and did not appear to know what they were doing. There appeared to be a some point were certain passport holders got a green sticker and were then directed off somewhere only to appear 10 mins later back in the general queue. From arrival to finally getting passport stamped and making my way to the exit was approx. 65 minutes. They need to get their gameplan for the peak period which is coming otherwise a shambles will turn into chaos. Yet on the return we sailed through the customs check in about 10 mins as they were organised and had a proper queueing system. The Airport Management seriously need to get the arrival hall working as efficiently as departures.
