At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.
Rome Fiumicino Airport Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the NCC MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.

5.00Smooth experience! Even had to readjust time a few times more "last minute" to issues with pre-checking in. Even though the driver had a previous job he still worked extra hard to made it early to get us to the airport with plenty time!

5.00It was nice having someone waiting on us when we landed. Didn't have to go through the hassle of catching taxi after long travel day. Driver was amazing. Texted us soon as we landed. Helped us with luggage and drove us to hotel in Rome. Would highly recommend to anyone needing transportation from FCO to central Rome.

5.00Our flight was delayed and arrived later than expected but the driver waited and we were able to go our way. I brought my 2 disabled parents and again the process took longer as we had to wait for wheelchair assistance. I communicated this via email to the person listed on the experience. They were able to accomodate to wait longer but with an extra fee. Good thing we were able to be on time and met the driver before they charge us extra. Communication is key. Email the person listed on the experience and they'll respond promptly. They will wait an hour but if needed more time they'll able to accomodate again with an extra fee. The driver was very nice and helped yus with our luggages. The price was worth it considering I am with 2 disabled people and I am by myself to really get all our 3 luggages on our way to our hotel. We got dropped off at our hotel safely. Thank you! I would recommend this to other people if they need a private transfer instead of taking a taxi to your final destination.
