We had a very nice tour and our tour guide Olga was fantastic. Two of the guest in our tour group were horrible people, very disrespectful, disruptive and were drinking on the tour, but our guide handled the situation and I think we had a very nice day.

The organization at the meeting point was totally unstructured and chaotic. 4 different groups were received by 1 employee. If Michaela hadn't intervened, it would have taken the groups forever to find each other. She used the long wait outside St. Peter's Basilica to introduce us to the world of the Vatican in a very entertaining way. Big praise and thanks to Michaela!

Our guide Frederic spoke French very well and knew the Vatican very well having worked there. Many anecdotes were shared. The visit to the basilica was rewarding thanks to the energy of our guide despite the long queues everywhere.

AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY! Extremely disrespectful, aggressive and threatening behaviour by completely unprofessional Kay Kay staff members on our Basilica tour on Monday. We were informed the queue to enter the Vatican City could be hours long (it took nearly 3 hours) thus we were explicitly told by our guide at the start of the queue to go to the bathroom of the cafe opposite and re-enter the queue to find the group. Whilst waiting in the queue we were suddenly ambushed by a male and a female staff member who approached us with extreme aggression and started shouting at us immediately in front of the entire cafe. When we attempted to explain that we were told by the guide to come here, the female staff member threatened to cancel our tour, threatened to take our radios whilst physically approaching us, and then when we refused threatened to bring others to take the radio from us. If you value your physical and mental safety, keep yourself and your family away. Extremely unprofessional company, stay well clear!
