This was a wonderful trip. Plenty of opportunities to purchase wine, cheese, and gifts. Anna is an excellent guide with a desktop of knowledge. The bus was very comfortable and Tuscany, well, it looks better than the pictures.

Barbara was a fantastic leader. We were a little confused however, when we stopped for a restroom break. The stop was about an hour into the drive at a large store containing various Italian products. There were samples everywhere but it was just supposed to be a quick stop we thought. We didn’t think this was actually where we would want to make our purchases for the day. We thought we would be tasting wine as a group in montepulciano but there was no time to really taste anything. We were a little disappointed. There were plenty of places to taste wine but we were unsure if we should go in as we thought we would be tasting as a group. The guide in montepulciano, Sarah, was outstanding. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour so interesting! We then went to the farm for lunch as planned but we only got to taste four wines and the samples were truly like American wineries not like other tastings we have had in Italy. We then stopped at a church which was beautiful and then on to Pienza which is a beautiful little town. But again there was no wine tasting although we did find a little place to enjoy a glass of wine. The title of the trip was Rome:Tuscany & Montepulciano Day Trip with lunch and wine tasting. It was literally a trip to the region of Tuscany, with a stop in Montepulciano and the lunch in a different location(which was gorgeous) and food was ok, but we were expecting a lot more than four samples in one location since we were in Tuscany. We then stopped at store on the way back and it seemed a strange place to stop as it was the second time in one day.

The tour leader was very professional and shared many insights about Italian culture, food, and daily life. I learned a lot from her! She was kind, caring, and brave in taking care of the tourists. The food was just average and not quite what I expected, but the sightseeing spots were amazing!

Eduardo was a fantastic guide with a sense of humor. He was VERY knowledgeable. We highly recommend him. We loved Montepulciano, however the trip was very long. We could have skipped Pienza and ended 2 hours sooner.

Montepulciano is a must visit, the wine tasting takes place as a local farm run by sisters. Francesca’s tour of the city was amazing as she has lived there all her life.

Awesome day in Tuscany! Claudio, our private guide and former F2 driver, handled the trip with skill and professionalism. A perfect way to see Tuscany without the tour-bus crowds. The wine tasting and lunch were authentic and memorable, and the Montepulciano walk was perfectly planned—all downhill! A relaxing, well-organized, and unforgettable experience. Agency was responsive, exceeded expectations in all regards

Good itinerary throughout the day, lunch could be even better if adding salad 🥗 and some more meat. Driver Sanjay is professional and great, Tour guide Heather is cheerful and responsible, but too bad she avoids dealing with passenger issues direct which is part of frontline job.
