Good value for money. Guide was very knowledgeable of sculpture, Greek and Roman art and tapestry. Sistine chapel is a must see. We were on our own in St. Peter’s and a guide would be nice. Check the tour information carefully.

Overall a fairly okay tour. The guide talked way too much and we stood outside in the cold for almost an hour while she flipped through a picture book. It was so crowded that you needed to keep moving.

It was terrible. The hiring was in Portuguese. They moved to English. The meeting point far away from the place. You didn't have access to the fast line. Service was not complete. There was no access to the Basilica and much less the guide. We were barred at the entrance of the basilica and the guide failed. She apologized and left.

Very bad experience. First we had to wait for the guide who was late. Then without being told we are not going to visit the Basilica because that morning it was closed. We ask the whole group to show us that afternoon or the next day and they don't even bother to answer. I put a claim on Viator and they washed their hands.

We regret to inform you that our recent tour experience was not entirely satisfactory. We had paid $400 for this particular tour, and unfortunately, the complete experience as advertised was not delivered. The individual designated to meet us at the start of the tour was both tardy and impolite. Furthermore, we were informed that we would need to complete the tour independently after the guide's departure, as he was merely a substitute. This led to an extended wait of several hours in line to enter the Basílica. We pretty much paid double for just the entry. We would appreciate it if you would consider a partial refund to compensate for these inconveniences.

For such an expensive tour, the sound quality of the headphones was pretty poor. The tour guide spoke very softly, and there was no alternative type of headphones. Although the information was sufficient, it was presented in a monotonous and quiet voice, so that you had to concentrate so much when listening that there was hardly any time to really appreciate the works of art. I wouldn’t recommend this tour – it’s not worth the money, especially with this poor equipment.

Rome Your Way Tours canceled this night before the scheduled tour time. I had to scramble and find another option with another company. I was lucky to find an opening. We were not happy that they canceled with such short notice.
