5.00Really amazing experience. Valairia was our guide, she was clear, informative, controlled the group really well and was funny. The line skip was worth it as the volume of people is large but we were kept moving and the tour zipped past. The sistine chapel is special. We didn't get the Basilica as the pope has a regular wed gathering. We were issued tickets to get in later that day but had other plans. Avoid weds folks. Loved this and would happily do it again. Oh and we were 5 min late to the meeting point but one rep stayed behind and rushed us to the group, who had left. Above and beyond service

5.00The tour is definitely worth it. It is especially worth it to skip the line which is quite long and the Vatican can be very crowded. The tour guide gave a lot of information that was very useful.

1.00The tour was terrible. I actually want my money back. Are original time was changed. Then our tour guide was late. It was supposed to be an English tour, but the guides English was so broken you could barely understand. Once we got to the Vatican he rushed us through so we did not get to enjoy ANYTHING. I am so disappointed. What a waste of time and money. Do not take this tour.

5.00Our guide was lovely and informative. We had an earpiece so we could hear everything she was saying, although the earpieces were not made well and would not stay in place. However that was the fault of the Vatican tour, not viatour. That was my only complaint.

4.00There was a snafu with the Vatican, and they moved our group from 11.45 to 3.00 the day before. Fortunately I was able to move my dinner reservations. I'm glad they didn't just cancel our tour, but gave us the option for the rescheduled time. The tour itself was excellent. But it was still crowded, as expected.

2.00Rome Your Way: guide was Tatiana. Could not understand most of what she said and she left the main group to go back to find one couple who said that they weren't enjoying the tour. We knew that St Peter's wasn't available. The others in our group were unpleasantly surprised.
