  We regret to inform you that our recent tour experience was not entirely satisfactory. We had paid $400 for this particular tour, and unfortunately, the complete experience as advertised was not delivered. The individual designated to meet us at the start of the tour was both tardy and impolite. Furthermore, we were informed that we would need to complete the tour independently after the guide's departure, as he was merely a substitute. This led to an extended wait of several hours in line to enter the Basílica. We pretty much paid double for just the entry. We would appreciate it if you would consider a partial refund to compensate for these inconveniences.

  For such an expensive tour, the sound quality of the headphones was pretty poor. The tour guide spoke very softly, and there was no alternative type of headphones. Although the information was sufficient, it was presented in a monotonous and quiet voice, so that you had to concentrate so much when listening that there was hardly any time to really appreciate the works of art. I wouldn’t recommend this tour – it’s not worth the money, especially with this poor equipment.

  We waited for our guide for an hour, we telephoned the Italian adend who hung up on us, we then telephoned Tripadvisor in France, to hear that we had cancelled, now, it is the adend of Italy that FOLLOWING OUR COMMUNICATION SUCH AS WITH HER CANCELLED THE VISIT.

  Rome Your Way Tours canceled this night before the scheduled tour time. I had to scramble and find another option with another company. I was lucky to find an opening. We were not happy that they canceled with such short notice.

  2 days before the tour, the tour company cancelled as they didn’t have any tickets for this day. We booked 3 months ahead. This was the highlight of our Rome visit. They ruined it for us. We couldnt find another available tour at the late date. Everything was sold out. Please please DONOT buy from this tour company. They don’t even have the tickets when they sell them. Buy directly from the Vatican to ensure you get tickets. We were so so disappointed and disgusted with this company. Expedia didn’t help either. They told us to find our own tour and gave conditions as to how much they would cover for last minute tour. We didn’t get to see St Peter’s Basilica as line was too long and we couldn’t get tickets to skip the line when it was 2 days away. One of the people with us couldn’t go to the later time.   Very badly organised. The person who we met up with was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. She printed 3 tickets and then shouted at me when my ticket was sent to my phone as she was walking with us which she didn’t communicate to me. We also had to explain to the guards why our tour was change which was a huge inconvenience. Not impressed.

  The actual activity was good and the guide was very knowledgeable - however the service provider Rome Way was not good. We were told on the 25th hour that they couldn’t accommodate us for our entire tour package (we had already paid) we were only given an early morning slot for the same day and once we confirmed that only then they told us we can’t do the St Peter’s basilica. When we met up with the person on the tour day she was dismissive and not friendly we also all had to stand infront of the guards to explain our situation and she became abrasive towards one of my friends. Not friendly and poor communication - not very attractive for a tour operator

  I made the reservation they sent WhatsApp asking me to cancel the tour in the booking because it would not be possible to make the visit, they did not explain to me the reason, until the day of the visit the tour was confirmed in the booking, I went to the place and there was no one to receive, I did not have the address of the Enterprise so I did not have how to issue the ticket to enter the museum, we had to look for another agency to buy the tickets on the day of the visit, a mess, is Enterprise is not, would not clarify the customers, I do not know how the booking still works with it, asked for a refund to the booking, but I still did not have a return. This Enterprise is terrible, I don't tell anyone.
