My tour guide was excellent. She added humor and had great knowledge of the Vatican. The Viator Representative who helped me book the tour by phone was also good. Her name was Rain. I arrived at 8:48 AM due to my taxi arriving late. The meeting start time was 8:45 AM. My group had ahead left me a one other person. Fortunately, an agent remained who helped us catch up With our group. The tour should say to arrive 15 minutes early if you leave people. But it was good to have the agent who helped us catch ip with our group. It was a good tour overall.

The tour guide was nice enough, but he and the other tour operator seemed to be fighting and they didn't really seem prepared or organized. Also, I thought we were supposed to get the headsets back after the Sistine chapel and go into the Basilica, but Matt just left abruptly after the Sistine chapel.
this was an excellent art...

this was an excellent art class, but most of the lecture was done outside. ALSO..the amount of stairs is vastly under reported. Not for anyone even marginally challenged.
Vatican and the Sistine Chapel are a must see

Our guide, Silvia was great. However, we were supposed to start at 1145 but we did not get going until almost 1220. Communication needs to be better if the tour guides are running late. After the rocky start it was smooth sailing and very informative.

Outstanding tour, extremely informative guide. Very crowded, Little disappointed with the crowd in the Sistine Chapel, people on their phones and talking very different from my last visit.
