  Well we found out to read instructions carefully. Our tour start time was at 0845. We arrived at the meeting point at 0840 and our tour was nowhere to be found. Then we read that you are supposed to be there 15 minutes early. We were disappointed about missing our tour. Giving 3 starts because customer service had no issue giving us a refund.

  The whole was 100% in every aspect, the guide ( Valero see picture) was so knowledgeable, very pleasant and knew exactly how to guide us through a very busy Vatican experience We have been on many tours over many years and this was the best ever

  There is 40,000 people each day inside the Vatican and 20,000 outside. It is a very crowed tour with multiple tours going on at once. We took the earliest tour to avoid crowds during the day. This tour allowed us to skip the 4 hour line and go right in. Our tour guide was great, very knowledgeable. She used ear pods so everyone could clearly hear her. We had a group of apprx 25, I would recommend a smaller group if its possible. Expect large crowds and wear bright colored clothing so your family can find you easier. All in all, great tour.

  Get there on time! We missed our time for several reasons but you kindly refunded our trip. I will always recommend you. Rome is soooo crowded.

  We paid 80€ each for this tour, the company didn’t even provided the right tickets so we couldn’t enter the basilica without skipping the line. Our tour guide did not know a thing, didn't give us any information about the amazing art in the museums. He was rushing us through the museums so fast that people kept getting lost and sarcastically replied he was going slow when we asked him multiple times to slow down. He gave us 5 minutes in the Sistine chapel and told us to stay with him if was wanted to enter the basilica only for him to leave us on the square and pointed us to the line. When we asked for help from the Vatican staff they told us we had the wrong tickets and they couldn’t help us. The company was no help, even though they admired they had had issues with this guide. They blocked us and refused to talk to us. Save your time and money and book with a different company.

  It was the worst tour I've ever done. The Rome Your Way agency is disappointing: - We changed the activity to a completely different schedule just a few days in advance, without giving us the option to find this activity with the schedule we wanted. The guide, Felice Belfiore, was abysmal: we did the tour inside the Vatican Museums in an hour, running everywhere, without stopping to explain the important works. So much so, that sometimes he was in another room of the museum, talking without stopping and without realizing that many of the group were not there. He provided us with minimal information and inaccurate data (we asked about the style of frescoes inside the Sistine Chapel and his answer was that they were "decorative"). We told him on several occasions to go slowly and he answered us in all burlesque. A real douchebag. - The tour did not comply with the stipulated, as it had to last three hours, and was only a total of one and a half hours. - At the exit we were not passed directly to St. Peter's Basilica, but made to exit to the square and queue, when the direct entrance was operational, as other groups entered that way. A horrible, disappointing experience...

• The most unpleasant experience I have ever experienced on a guided tour

  We hired the tour for the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. The week before the activity we were informed that it was not possible to do it at the contracted time (08.30h), and that we were offered to change it at 14.00h. At such short notice we had to accept the time change as there was no possibility of finding this activity in the morning. Beyond this, the tour was LOUSY. Our guide, Felice Belfiore, was a real rude, repeatedly burlesquely disclaimed us. The tour inside the Vatican Museums lasted about an hour (we had contracted three hours). His explanation was nefarious and inaccurate; he did not stop to explain the main works, he simply walked as he spoke. We lost people from the group inside the museum because it was going so fast. He explained entire rooms without waiting for the whole group to be present. It was the worst experience I've ever had on a guided tour.

  Tour guide was great but when we arrived, everything was different. Our name was not on the list. The tour did not include St. Peter’s which we paid for and was expecting to do. The tour through the museum is very long.
