We heard most of the commentary over the noise of the vehicle but not over other tourists chatting. The driver needs to make an announcement at the beginning of the trip about the noise and ask people to refrain from talking during the commentary so those of us that want to hear it can. We realise the tour operator can’t control the rude behaviour of some guests, but they can say something to alert the ignorant. We really didn’t need to hear about the rainfall in Australia from the loudmouth sitting in front of me. We paid to hear about Rotorua.

You dont receive a discount if the advertised trip is not completed due to an event that was on. We didnt get to go on the blue lake. The lakes rides are a highlight of the trip. The driver was a character, she made us laugh, and shared the history of the landmarks exceptionally well. Keep her on.!

The activity was really enjoyable. Starting with the office staff, who made us feel at home. Our guide/driver - Tim was outstanding, his pronounation and explanation of the Maori language was clear and accurate. Tim's sense of humour made our trip easy and interesting to listen to. Overall 10 out of 10 for this activity. Thank you to who were all involve in our trip!!!!!

Tim was knowledgeable and made the tour fun. I am a nerd and loved learning. I came back to my family and jabbered, "Did you know...". His goofy hat added to the atmosphere.
