5.00Enjoyed this tour very much. The stop at Hobbiton was interesting. Great visit to Rotorua and the cultural center. Lunch was very good. The guide, Edson, was very good. He was engaging and knowledgeable and made the trip more enjoyable.

5.00We had an app issue (Klook) with our booking but Flexi tours NZ gladly adjusted the booking and helped us within minutes to get a schedule that worked for us. An extra lunch at Te Puia was included, but shouldn’t have been. They easily adjusted by having a quick internal conversation and included that in our tour and adjusted the trip end to the following day. Additionally we intended to go back the following day to Auckland from Rotorua and they offered a convenient option for a pickup from our accommodation in Rotorua straight to Auckland. Had a lot of fun, low stress and great company from their hospitable crew!

5.00Absolutely wonderful trip! Bunty was our guide, he was very prompt for our pickup and kept us all moving along smoothly all day. We enjoyed the Maori cultural part of the day, the geothermal and geysers activity was very interesting and the buffet lunch was one of the BEST meals of our trip! Highly recommend this tour!

5.00Wonderful experience, our driver Bunty was excellent as well as the tour. He picked us up and dropped us off right at our hotel without problems. It was a very smooth process from the beginning to the end. Very informative and fun with interesting facts and commentary throughout the drive. The drive out there went through some beautiful areas. The Te Piua experience was great we learned so much about the Māori culture, the geothermal features were nice and the opportunity to see Kiwis was wonderful and unexpected. The artisans were wonderful. The buffet lunch was outstanding. After lunch a local guide took us around Rotorua, some of the highlights included the Redwoods, the blue and green lakes and some local points of interest in town. All were nice and very interesting. We met back up with Bunty for the return trip to Auckland. It was a full day but highly recommend the experience.
