Unfortunately, the guide cancelled the day we flew out to France. I repeatedly tried to contact the tour operator for a replacement via email, voicemail and finally had hotel concierge make a call. Never heard back from tour operator. Would not recommend.

Salma was our guide today on the two hour Rouen must see private tour. She is very knowledgeable on Rouen and shared tidbits of history that are obscure but very interesting. Salma was very engaged during our tour, answered our questions and even helped with the French language. She is very educated and knowledgeable and an excellent guide! Can’t recommend her enough! One of the highlights of this trip!
