What To Expect
Upon Arrival: Your personal driver will be waiting in the waiting area at the airport with a sign which has clients' name/s written thereupon. Your driver will then greet you with a warm smile and greeting, soon after you will be escorted to the waiting taxi. You will then begin the journey to your destination in air conditioned luxury whilst your driver points out various landmarks along the way. Upon arrival, your driver will then carefully offload your luggage to the waiting staff at your destination. *Please note our roads are really "Windy and utmost "Hilly" for those who get car sick quickly. Upon Departure: Your personal driver will arrive at your point of stay for the designated time and will load your luggage carefully into the taxi. From there, you will begin your return drive back to the airport in a safe and timely manner. Your bags will finally be offloaded once at the airport as we wish you a safe trip back home!

5.00Transfer service to and from the airport was great! Both drivers were confident and competent, and safely delivered us to our destination. Our first driver, a local to St. Lucia, advised us on the areas we passed through - names of towns, local agriculture, educational system, etc. It was a fantastic introduction to the island! Our second driver picked us up on time and took a different route back so we got to see a new area of the island. He was friendly and shared a little about his family and life on the island on our way back to the airport. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend them to others! We look forward to our next visit and plan to book through this company again!

5.00Our driver Johnny was waiting for us at the airport with a sign with our name on it. Johnny took us to our private van for the next 1.5 hour ride. Secrets Resort is on the other side of the island. Johnny narrated information about the island that we so enjoyed. We hope Johnny will be our driver for our pick up back to the airport when we head home.

5.00Both drivers showed up 15 minutes early, and did a great job getting us back and forth. On the return trip, our driver noted our departure time and offered to take us on a longer scenic route with some roadside stops for beautiful pictures. Many reviews note that this can be a challenging drive, with twists and turns through the mountains, but our drivers made it very comfortable in both directions, pointing out things to see and giving us little tidbits of information about the island. Communication was extremely responsive via Viator messaging service, with messages responded to quickly.
