Your cruise shuttle to Bruges provides a return shuttle service from your cruise ship to Bruges and back at regular intervals (max. waiting time 30 min.), so no delay in getting to Bruges and back from your cruise ship.
Shuttles leave Zeebrugge between 8.30AM-12PM (noon), and return from Bruges in the afternoon. The schedule in the afternoon depends on the departure time of your cruise ship. First bus back: 4 hours prior to final embarkment/ last bus back: 1 hour prior to final embarkment. Shuttles every 30 minutes.

What To Expect
Cruise Express Return Shuttle Service This shuttle service is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get, from your cruise ship, into the historic center of Bruges. By disembarking your cruise ship at Zeebrugge you will see Free Port Shuttles. Just take this shuttle and relax, the bus driver will take you to the cruise terminal. When you come out of the cruise terminal, just turn left and you will see an apartment block on the corner located on the other side of the road. (30 meter from the cruise terminal exit) Our headquarter shop is located on the bottom floor of this apartment block. (A/C available) Operating hours in the morning: 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM (NOON!) Operating hours in the afternoon: there are 7 moments back from Bruges to Zeebrugge - times are adjusted to the departure time of your cruise ship.

5.00This was super easy coming from our cruise ship. Buying tickets ahead of time saved us twenty minutes, I would guess. Long line to buy tickets; only two ahead of us in the queue for pre purchased tickets. It’s about a twenty minute walk to city center from the drop off point. It is a beautiful walk. Download a map to your phone. Its a big plus

5.00Right by the cruise terminal. Separate lines for those w/ tickets and those wanting to buy tickets. You might want to pin the drop-off location in Bruges so as to find your way back easily. The CruiseExpress company also has guided directions on their website.
Cheaper than using the Cruise lines own connections.

5.00Using Ambassadors shuttle to get to Bruges would have cost us £200 for 4 of us, but using Cruise Express saved us nearly £100, they are right outside the terminal and efficiently took us to Bruges and collected us again without any hassle, booked online before we got there also made it extremely easy, would defiantly use again and recommend, Mark.

5.00Highly recommend! After getting the complimentary port shuttle to the cruise terminal, the pick up point for this transfer is right outside the terminal building. It was a 30 min transfer to the coach parking station and a 15 minute walk into the centre. Staff were very friendly and the service was very well organised for half the cost of the cruise line transfer.

1.00Confusing to check in since there were three different lines: one for booking, one for pre-booking and one for customers that had gotten their boarding tickets. The major issue was that we sat on a bus waiting for a driver who was learning the route to town on another bus. As a result we sat on the bus at least 40 minutes waiting for the driver to return. This is not good since time is limited.
It may cost more but use the cruise ship bus!

1.00Very unorganized, there was no one checking people in and a long line when we arrived. Not enough buses for the the people they knew would be there! We missed our other Viator ticketed tour we booked because we were so late getting to Brugges. And for some reason they made us walk up and back down a hill instead of letting us get on and off the bus next to the cruise terminal like the first few busses did, not great in you have mobility issues and use a cane.

1.00Driver showed up over an hour late. Hundreds of us in line. Then we sat for another 45 minutes because the driver didn’t know the route to town and had to do a drive along with another bus driver to learn. Wasted the entire morning. The dropped us off not close to the town

1.00Chaotic check in with very long line for both stand by and ticketed customers. Stood in a second long line waiting for the bus to arrive. The driver walked away, leaving everyone sitting on the bus for over 30 minutes. It took well over an hour for our group to arrive in Bruges from the port.
Nice picturesque town to visit.

4.00Loved town visit. We had to wait in long line over 1/2 hour for shuttle as they were off schedule. Liked separate line for picking up voucher for pre-booked. Wish separate line to get on shuttle for pre booked. Bus drop off was a nice stroll away from old town. We were here Easter weekend very crowded. Didn’t have to wait long for return shuttle. Bus driver made sudden stop on road after exiting parking causing passengers to be jolted forward. Sudden stop was to pick up passengers in road. Driver upon return to drop off point hit curb.
