Alex's Ice Hotel tour is a very special and unique experience. During the tour, you will get acquainted with the snow hotel and visit the ice bar and the ice chapel, inspect the unique ice sculptures. They are built anew every winter. All rooms of the hotel have a unique design. You may want to spend the night there on your next trip to Rovaniemi. The driver is very friendly and attentive, he will take care of all your needs and make sure that you get the best possible trip experience. He drives the car very smoothly, and the car is also very comfortable and designed for 6 passengers. Alex will provide you with all the necessary information and give you enough time to enjoy the place and the entertainment that is presented there. At the end of the tour, he will provide you with a sleigh so that you can have fun riding it!

Important note: the Ice Hotel is open for visitors only from December 15th until 31st March. Tours are operated only during this period.

What To Expect

The tour consists of three parts: our friendly driver Alex will kindly pick you up from the given location in Rovaniemi or nearby, then he will bring you to the Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos, where he will provide you tickets and hold a short briefing. There you will be able to enjoy arctic nature and the ice hotel itself: visit different ice rooms of different styles, ice restaurant, ice chapel and etc. There you will also see fascinating ice sculptures, you will have chance to visit snow sauna. In the end of the tour you will also have an opportunity to ride the slide - our driver will provide you a the sledge. After having fun with the sledge, Alex will drive you to the drop-off point chosen by you. Trip from Rovaniemi to the Ice Hotel and vice versa takes around 30 minutes, meaning, that you will spend 1 hour in the car and 1 hour enjoying the Ice Hotel.
