We went to several locations before we eventually caught a glimpse of the Northern Lights, and it was an experience we will never forget. Bravo to our guide, Artictopia, who is calm, extremely knowledgeable, and obviously passionate about what he does. Everything from the beginning to the end was organized. 3.00The experience was fine. Our guide tried his best to find a clear sky so we could see the Northern Lights. The tour price was quite expensive compared to other similar tours that I found later at the hotel. There was another couple in the same tour and they paid less than half of what we paid, which was quite unfair.

5.00Fantastic experience! Thanks to the very friendly guide Dimiter. He is a person of his word, totally trustworthy. He responded to my enquiries promptly, and he WILL call back at the time he said he would. He’s very patient and customer oriented, hunting down the best spot for aurora. Initially we drove to a nearby lake where lots of tours were. But he drove us to a better more remote place to chase better aurora chance. We saw splendid aurora explosion! Magical experience! He was very patient to take pictures for everyone in the group. Absolutely recommended!

5.00Excellent experience. I was positively surprised by the guide himself, the guide took us 200 km north to Sweden to ensure clear, cloudless skies. We saw the Northern Lights, but their activity was low, the guide had no influence on that. I recommend it because I have never experienced someone going to such lengths to meet the expectations of a tourist.

2.00I asked What is the different of 'Northern Lights Hunting tour with professional camera' and 'Aurora tour from Rovaniemi-Unlimited Mileage-Professional camera' on 12-01-2025 and was replayed that 'Aurora tour from Rovaniemi-Unlimited Mileage-Professional camera' , will drive further to see the aurora. However, my family just packed with the people joined the tour 'Northern Lights Hunting tour with professional camera' . That means they are the same and the tour only lasted for three hours( including the travel time).
It was great & we saw Northern Lights!!

5.00Ves was very nice as our guide. He tried really hard to find the Northern Lights for our group, but Mother Nature would not cooperate, unfortunately. Ves picked us up exactly when he said he would. We drove to some beautiful locations. We took pictures. We tried for several hours to find the lights, but it just wasn't meant to be that night. Thankfully, we had seen a wonderful display the evening prior, so this was meant to be icing on the cake. We still had an enjoyable evening. Ves explained why & how the Northern Lights occur. He shared tea & cookies with us.

3.00He was very helpful and giving all the information about how aurora lights occurs. He was friendly and he offered warm drink and cookies which was very nice. However, we were 3 couples in the tour and Mr guide was only focusing on one couple and he was ignoring all other couples. When I asked him to click our photos, he said he is busy with other couple and he will click there photos and ignoring us without any reasons. That was bad because he had to treat everyone equally and instead he was busy clicking photos of only 1 couple leaving rest 2 couples. It was kind of ignoring us .

5.00Our tour guide Vess was very friendly. He was very keen to find the Aurora for us. Our first location was a stop alongside the highway- visible by camera but not the naked eye. Upon our second location we were lucky enough to experience it in full force on a frozen lake. It was like nothing I had seen before, amazing! It looked like a giant green fire dancing across the sky. The only downside was at the time of our tour it was -27 degrees, absolutely freezing which was difficult to endure. As long as you rug up, I highly recommend this tour!
