With Rudas Bistro’s brunch cards you can visit the 450 years old, world famous Rudas Thermal Bath which was built to relax and enjoy the power of the healthy Juventus spring stems from 1500 meters below and then taste local and international culinary specialities of the Bistro.

Newest wing of Rudas Bath is equiped with modern technic where visitors can choose among four pools in the new section, among them you can find a special 42-degree thermal pool and a 11-degree plunge pool.

4.00The lunch, which was included with the spa, at Bistro was wonderful. The spa itself was quite nice but there not much instructions for foreigners and not many staff to help you. Most of the people there were locals and were very friendly and helped us with the different types of baths. The view on the roof top were beautiful. That was the main reason we wanted to do this spa and the lunch.

1.00This program was booked a month in advance. The week before it was scheduled, the tour operator cancelled without explanation. We went to the Gellert baths instead and had a fine time.

2.00Don’t waste your money! It looks nothing like the pictures! I was not impressed and felt it was a waste of time and money. Dated, the people that work there were rude and unhelpful. The best part was the lunch, it was very good. Careful with the floors they get slippery, my husband almost fell. Also, too many stairs! It was a constant up and down.

3.00The food was nice but not of the quality that was in the pictures. There was a burger on the menu that was good. The bath is nice and the rooftop is great. They have some consturcution going on and we did not see the old bath. Is it still there? It is difficult to find your way.

4.00The thermal baths were wonderful! We paid for a package, which included the use of a pool and 4 baths, one of which was on the rooftop. The views were amazing! On the rooftop, they had several lounge chairs and a bar. Nice features. Our package also included lunch, which was top notch! Our server was attentive and very personable. The facility was not overly busy, which was great! Our only disappointment was the lack of direction. We had to navigate our own way to find the baths, which were located behind the pool area with the rooftop stairs behind the bath area. There were also separate sections for a sauna area and Turkish baths, which added to our confusion. We managed without towels, because we had no idea where to rent them. There was a locker room to change in and locked lockers came with the package. It would be helpful if the facility had a map for first timers. Nevertheless, we are happy we had the experience.

2.00Visited Rudas Baths/ Bistro today for the unlimited champagne experience. Was nothing like the description. Some staff in the bistro had the wrong attitude for a waitress/ waiter. The main course was nice. After this we went in to what we thought was the unlimited champagne and jacuzzi on the roof. When we eventually found it, it was absolutely packed that we couldn’t even get in to it. As well as this, there was staff upstairs, yet no one to offer help or assistance. Also did not get one glass of champagne and even if we did, where would we have even drank it? In addition to this, the “spa” areas were nothing special and definitely not worth the money or time. Overall, this is a very poor experience and myself & my boyfriend would not recommend.

5.00It was a great experience, we had access to the old baths. The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly. Just be aware for the holiday season, you will be charge extra from the price that appears on the website in order to have access to the old bath section.
