Our distillery, Bodegas Papiamento, is committed to sustainability with a farm-to-table concept, growing our own sugar cane and herbs. Our rums, aged in oak and Jerez barrels, boast a smooth, sweet finish that pairs perfectly with locally crafted dark chocolates. Our award-winning rums have received international recognition, including Gold medals at the San Francisco and New York International Spirits Competitions.

Please note that a 10% service charge will be applied to reservations of six guests or more.

Great tour and tasting with Andres. Andres was very knowledgeable on tour and tasting. Really excellent, delicious rum, coming from rum aficionados. Highly enjoyable experience - right by cruise ship port so especially convenient to cruisers, do it, you won’t be disappointed!

The rum and chocolate experience was a great time!! Andreas made it a fun experience and provided a lot of history of the distillery, rum blending and pairing with different chocolates. Btw try the Rum old fashioned.. absolutely a must try!! We will definitely go back!! Grazie mille Andreas and diolch yn fawr… from the Welsh/Italian couple!!

We had a small wait because each of the experiences were done personal to each group. Because of this they offered for us to taste another drink that was not part of the tasting itself. Highly recommend, rum was amazing and the chocolate pairings were phenomenal.

We had the best time. Alex was our guide and explained the history of the distillery and the rums. The pours were generous, the chocolate pairing was perfect. I would book this tour again!!
