5.00My wife and I had a great experience with our guide, Daniella. She navigated us around Barcelona showing us the main attractions, as well as some lesser known gems. She recommended a great restaurant for lunch. We had a great time. Would highly recommend.

1.00Very bad experience: I was supposed to be picked up at hotel at 8 am but the tour guide never appeared. After several attempts to contact the tour operator I was told that the guy was sick. No calls, no nothing. Then another tour guide was sent at 12 noon. Liana was great!!!!!! She did the best she could to fix the situation but my day was ruined already. I can understand that anyone can get sick, but the lack of responsibility and professionalism is more difficult to understand. Specially for a private tour $$$ that was supposed to be for 8 hours. You dont play with people’s time and money. Really thankful for Liane’s effort. That’s the only good thing I can mention about this terrible experience.

5.00There is so much to see in Barcelona! Even though it was a long day, this tour did give us a great overview of Barcelona, it's history and architecture. Our tour guide, Liana, took us around almost all the different highlight areas of Barcelona explaining their history and architectural significance. We were transported in a private car and she pointed out a lot of the different buildings and statues we passed by while driving. The La Sagrada Familia tour is independent of the tour guide (they don't go inside with you), but there is an app that that the guide will help you download to access the recorded tour. The guide drops you off at the entrance and picks you up at an agreed upon time.
