As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.
The tour is a shared tour, you will be sharing one tour guide and will have radio microphone/earphones to hear the guide better

What To Expect
Basilica de la Sagrada Familia
Start the tour from the corner of the Street Marina with Street Mallorca. Your guide will pick you up from this point and walk you to the Basilica and learn about the history and significance of Sagrada Familia by the hand of your local guide. Also, if you have selected the option of access to the Tower, you will have the opportunity to enjoy these wonderful views.

5.00We we had a great experience overall at Sagrada Familia. After some confusion on the meeting place where it had been changed, we had a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was very thorough and gave us a wonderful background of the construction and the history of the church. We took the tower tour, which was an experience in itself. After an elevator ride up we had to come down almost 500 steps and in many places, approximately only 5 foot wide with steps being only 20 inches wide. The tower experience is not for someone who is not athletic enough to climb down those steps as it is indeed, and experience. Inside the sanctuary, the stained glass provided an awesome. 5.00Three years ago we entered Sagrada Familia on our own and were quite impressed. This November we found ourselves in Barcelona and decided to visit it again, this time with a tour guide. Rosa was OUTSTANDING! We left with much more knowledge about its history, architecture, and future by using a guide.

5.00Allow at least two hours. Be sure to allow time for the museum which has a nine minute video plus lots of information on the design and building. Our guide, Agnes, was knowledgeable. The meeting point is across the street from the church and clearly marked with a green sign. Sufficient time to roam on our own. Don’t miss the elevator to the towers. Great views.
