As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.
The tour is a shared tour, you will be sharing one tour guide and will have radio microphone/earphones to hear the guide better

1.00We went to meet at the pick up point and the traffic was really bad. We messaged the tour company 10-15 minutes prior to the pick up time that we would be there about 5 minutes late. No response. We tried again 8 minutes after and still no reponse. Now they are saying that actually called my number directly instead of using WhatsApp which all the tour companies do. Ours was a ticket and tour and they would not leave us our tickets at the gate or compensate us anything at all for the entire tour. We were 8 people at approximately $1300 Canadian. Very poor customer service. We booked 6 other tours through Viator on our trip abroad and all used WhatsApp and reached out to us prior to the trip compensing. BE VERY CAREFUL, show up very early!

4.00The guide was very good but because of all the noise outside the cathedral it was difficult to hear what she was saying until we got the audio devices so ok after that.. The tower option was good but only if you are fit to walk back down 100s of stairs and not much room.
