As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.
The tour is a shared tour, you will be sharing one tour guide and will have radio microphone/earphones to hear the guide better

1.00For tourists that are not new to Barcelona, arrive more than more than 15 minutes early we took the wrong train and arrived 2 minutes after the tour time due to high traffic and getting lost in the metro and even though I let them know we were running late they left without us. I have traveled quite a bit and every other Viator tour guide had waited a good ten minutes to ensure most guest find their way to the meeting point. Not these people. Please plan accordingly or you will waste about $300 for a tour.

1.00The instructions requiring redeeming your certificate for the ticket was the first weird thing. We then literally circled the building three times looking for how to start the connection process. Chaotic. Why not just give an actual physical address for meeting?

1.00The arrangement to meet the guide was unprofessional and sloppy. Aside from a clipboard, there was no means of identifying our guide. Guides use of the speaker system was very poor...everytime she moved away from the speaker, we lost volume. It was relatively boring which is some feat given that we were viewing the Sagrada with her. Overall, it was a very sloppy, annoying and expensive trip and would not recommend our guide at all.

5.00Monica is an outstanding Guide- her knowledge and boundless enthusiasm brought our experience of the Sagrada Familia to life and we left full of praise for this remarkable and beautiful building. 3.00The tour guide did a very nice job. The experience was chaotic. Way too many tour groups and over crowded spaces made for a miserable time. We didn’t receive any extra insight than just wearing a headset and do your own self-guided tour. The price was more than 2x the cost to do your own tour. Way overpriced. I understand the only way to tour Sagrada Família is via a tour group so maybe that’s what drives up the price. I will not recommend this tour to any friends in the future.
