As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.
The tour is a shared tour, you will be sharing one tour guide and will have radio microphone/earphones to hear the guide better

Basilica de la Sagrada Familia
Start the tour from the corner of the Street Marina with Street Mallorca. 5.00It was a really wonderful experience! Our tour guide Lupe was amazing, she gave great perspective on the construction and on Gaudi and the other artists involved. Aside from witnessing the marvel that is Sagrada Família, this tour really gave us an approachable, digestible amount of information while allowing for time to soak in the beauty and wonder. Lupe really was fantastic, I would recommend this tour (and her) to anyone visiting Barcelona!

5.00Our guide David was talented, warm, interesting and enthusiastic, what more could we ask for?! He gave us a fantastic historical and architectural overview of La Segrada Familia and we got so much more than we could have expected. His insights and knowledge of the building were prodigious and we did not expect to come away as inspired by Gaudi’s vision and artistry as we were. When he learned that we were Jewish, David went out of his way to kindly point out symbols and references that would be particularly relevant to us; but the depiction of the gospels through the symbolism and light were just as enthralling. We were disappointed that the high winds had forced a closure of the towers, preventing us from ascending, but we felt we already got a phenomenal overview of this incredible space and place. Thank you, David!
