Incredible facility, make sure you do the tower tour (lift up stairs down, there are only 403 steps) and visit the museum.

Due to construction, the meeting point was changed, and the guide's opening remarks, including the important beginnings of the cathedral, were overwhelmed by traffic and pedestrian noise. The group was too large and many of us found ourselves separated from the tour and valuable time was lost trying to catch up with the guide. It was impossible to linger at all: if you had questions or wanted clarification, you were put of luck. In all fairness, it would take a guide with superpowers to navigate the overwhelming masses of visitors to the Cathedral. Bottom line: go very early in the morning and choose a tour that limits its groups to 10 or fewer people.

Guadalupe is very knowledgeable and shares interesting tidbits to help you understand and appreciate the cathedral. We now understand why the cathedral is so special. The tower experience is breathtaking and worth the extra cost, but it’s moderately physically challenging.

The guide was nowhere to be found. We arrived 15 minutes before meeting time. The meeting point was changed the night before. There was no indication of where we supposed to meet. We never got to take the tour that we were so looking forward to. We lost 180 euros & am requesting a full refund.

We didn’t have to go up in town. Other than that, the door was fantastic. Would not want to go to Barcelona and not go through this magnificent Basilica.

Our guide, Rosa, was amazing. We were very happy to spend the time with her and she explained so much with great humor and enthusiasm. Very crowded place to visit.

The tour guide had an accent which was hard to understand. The group was too big and she had a hard time keeping us all together because of the crowds.
