As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.
The tour is a shared tour, you will be sharing one tour guide and will have radio microphone/earphones to hear the guide better

You must carry the passport and documentation of all passengers because the monument will ask for it and may denied entry.

What To Expect
Basilica de la Sagrada Familia
Start the tour from the corner of the Street Marina with Street Mallorca. Your guide will pick you up from this point and walk you to the Basilica and learn about the history and significance of Sagrada Familia by the hand of your local guide. Also, if you have selected the option of access to the Tower, you will have the opportunity to enjoy these wonderful views.

5.00Plan extra time to find the meeting location, very busy with tours everywhere, but this guide was fantastic. He knew everything about the Sagrada Familia and even had personal photos from earlier in construction to bring the scale of some high features to life.

1.00We arrived 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. The entrance area covered an entire block with many people but there were no signs in front of the entrance indicating a meeting point for any tour groups. We frantically looked everywhere and asked some of the workers at the entrance but no one seemed to know anything. We have no cell service but finally tried to find WiFi at a business nearby and then noticed the tour guide had texted us through What’s app. However at this point they were already inside the cathedral and said we had missed our entry time. We finally found the sign for the meeting point which was very small, across the street and obscured by a tree. Again, it was too late and the tour had begun without us. The signage and instructions were poor quality. We are very disappointed with the experience.

5.00Our guide was very knowledgeable and while there were several people in our group it did not feel crowded or difficult to follow along. Our guide provided just the right amount of detail while guiding us through the church. Amazing experience and the tower was also a must see but does require a narrow staircase on the way down which could be difficult for anyone claustrophobic.

5.00Absolutely stunning. I’ve been too many, many Basilica in my life, but never one like Sagrada Familia. Go to the tower as well. God, he was truly a spiritual man inspired by his love of God, nature, and a deeply held faith.

3.00Fantastic Guide Booked to go up the tower however i use a crutch to aid walking and although i could have walked down the 400 steps i was told i couldnt go up the Tower a very Expensive tour and althoug Sagra familliar was stunning with a great guide it most certainly was not worth the cost.
