As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.
The tour is a shared tour, you will be sharing one tour guide and will have radio microphone/earphones to hear the guide better

You must carry the passport and documentation of all passengers because the monument will ask for it and may denied entry.

What To Expect
Basilica de la Sagrada Familia
Start the tour from the corner of the Street Marina with Street Mallorca. Your guide will pick you up from this point and walk you to the Basilica and learn about the history and significance of Sagrada Familia by the hand of your local guide. Also, if you have selected the option of access to the Tower, you will have the opportunity to enjoy these wonderful views.

5.00Three years ago we entered Sagrada Familia on our own and were quite impressed. This November we found ourselves in Barcelona and decided to visit it again, this time with a tour guide. Rosa was OUTSTANDING! We left with much more knowledge about its history, architecture, and future by using a guide.

5.00Allow at least two hours. Be sure to allow time for the museum which has a nine minute video plus lots of information on the design and building. Our guide, Agnes, was knowledgeable. The meeting point is across the street from the church and clearly marked with a green sign. Sufficient time to roam on our own. Don’t miss the elevator to the towers. Great views.
Don’t waste your money! Worst “tour” we’ve ever done. Spent the majority of our time OUTSIDE in one place.

1.00This was a very expensive and very terrible experience! We spent 15 minutes of our “tour” standing across the street. We spent another 50 minutes standing outside the building talking about it. It was TERRIBLE and a total waste of money. 100% would NOT recommend!!!

1.00Interior was very cool, but the overall experience was very disappointing. Especially because our tower access was canceled due to high winds. Would recommend spending a few minutes inside the church but skip the guided tour and go at your own pace.

5.00We had a fantastic tour with David (?). He is immensely knowledgeable of the history of the basilica. He pointed out little details and the stories behind them for us. What we thought was special is he got to know where each person was from and tried to isentify something special pertaining to their culture; for example, their patron saint.
