As it is a Catholic church, discreet clothing is mandatory, access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements.
For safety reasons, children younger than 6 cannot go up the towers and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, people with reduced mobility and those whose ability to move around or interact with their surroundings autonomously and safely is limited by any sort of visual impairment may not visit the towers.
Please note that to go up the tower you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs.
The lifts in the towers will be closed in adverse weather conditions including strong winds and/or rain.
The tour is a shared tour, you will be sharing one tour guide and will have radio microphone/earphones to hear the guide better

You must carry the passport and documentation of all passengers because the monument will ask for it and may denied entry.

What To Expect
Basilica de la Sagrada Familia
Start the tour from the corner of the Street Marina with Street Mallorca. Your guide will pick you up from this point and walk you to the Basilica and learn about the history and significance of Sagrada Familia by the hand of your local guide. Also, if you have selected the option of access to the Tower, you will have the opportunity to enjoy these wonderful views.

3.00Chaotic system to change voucher for tickets. Tour guide excepted voucher in the end. Tower not open due to wind conditions so part refund now awaited Passports not required so they did not need to be carried with us.

5.00The Sagrada Família is beautiful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She explained as much as she could in the short two hours. The adventure in the tower was magnificent. I loved stopping at various places to see the outdoor sculptures up close. We went up in an elevator and walked down a spiral staircase. This tour was very much worth the price!

4.00I would highly recommend visiting Sagrada Familia. It is an amazingly beautiful place. We really enjoyed our tour, although I would have liked to be able to spend a little more time inside the church with our tour guide. The first part was spent outside, and was a little difficult to hear the guide due to the large number of other people around us. Once inside, we had listening devices which helped a lot. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the location, and we were glad to have taken this tour.

2.00The audio equipment did not work well, leaving me having difficulty with static and the guide cutting in and out. The guides accent was very strong and she spoke very fast also making it difficult to understand. The guide talked a lot so I’ll have to assume she had a good knowledge base but these issues made it hard to ascertain. Guide bounced from one area to another without transitions.
