What To Expect
Basilica de la Sagrada Familia
Our Quick Access Tour of the Sagrada Familia starts just steps away from the temple, on Gaudí Avenue. We'll begin by admiring the basilica's oldest façade, the Nativity – the only one Gaudí himself saw completed. This façade resembles a burst of nature, almost serving as a portal to a grand forest. Inside, prepare for one of the most breathtaking moments of your journey as you witness the interplay of light and color from the stained glass windows, set against the backdrop of towering columns that echo giant trees, all supporting the Sagrada Familia's 18 spires. Upon completion, the central Jesus tower will crown this temple as the tallest religious building in the world, reaching a soaring height of 172.5 meters. Lastly, the Passion façade, a more recent addition, poignantly depicts the final hours of Jesus Christ with a stark and allegorical design. Following the tour, you're invited to remain inside the temple, taking your time to explore its wonders at your own pace.

2.00This is no skip the line… we waited and waited outside in the group to then be let into long security queue yo wait more. Tour guide was very repetitive and did not seem to have depth of knowledge we expected for a small group tour. The queue was excessively long (which is not the fault of the operator) but there were missed opportunities for the guide to be providing information during this time. Tour ran way over planned time; we left early because it wasn’t enjoyable and we needed to go to our next appt. The information provided was easily found by reading the Wikipedia page. The SF is still a must see but I wouldn’t recommend this provider.

5.00It was absolutely wonderful having a private tour with our small group of four. Our guide was incredibly informative and helpful. She talked about the history and the architecture and the nature of the church. We got to skip right to the front of the line and go through a private entrance, therefore saving us literally hours of time waiting. She highlighted areas in the museum to check out which we found very informative and also recommended other Gaudí houses to see while in Barcelona.

5.00Albert was incredible! So thorough and passionate. He also was very accommodating as I was running (literally sprinting) a few minutes late. He called me to check that I was still coming rather than leave me behind. Once inside, you could really see his passion shine. I can't wait to go back with my family. I will absolutely request Albert. Worth every penny and then some.

5.00I am so pleased that I chose this guided tour for my visit to La Sagrada Familia. Our guide, Aurelia, was knowledgeable, friendly and struck a great balance between sharing valuable insights and leaving us to enjoy this amazing building in whichever way we wanted. She provided insights and stories into every aspect of the building and its construction that really brought it to life in a way that I didn’t expect. My advice : do the Sagrada Familia, do it with this tour and keep your fingers crossed that Aurelia is your guide
