Basilica de la Sagrada Familia
Our Quick Access Tour of the Sagrada Familia starts just steps away from the temple, on Gaudí Avenue. We'll begin by admiring the basilica's oldest façade, the Nativity – the only one Gaudí himself saw completed. This façade resembles a burst of nature, almost serving as a portal to a grand forest. Inside, prepare for one of the most breathtaking moments of your journey as you witness the interplay of light and color from the stained glass windows, set against the backdrop of towering columns that echo giant trees, all supporting the Sagrada Familia's 18 spires. Upon completion, the central Jesus tower will crown this temple as the tallest religious building in the world, reaching a soaring height of 172.5 meters. Lastly, the Passion façade, a more recent addition, poignantly depicts the final hours of Jesus Christ with a stark and allegorical design. Following the tour, you're invited to remain inside the temple, taking your time to explore its wonders at your own pace.

5.00I'm so glad we finally entered the Sagrada Familia! I missed entering the first time I was in Barcelona and didn't want to miss this again. Super duper worth it! Mark was an excellent tour guide and he showed us details about the architecture, its history, and its ongoing works. Perfect timing too coz the light was passing thru the stained glass windows so beautifully! So many things, too little time, and a person of few words. But definitely a must-see!!

5.00POSTED: Sagrada Familia is a must see Barcelona experience. The inside is gorgeous. The knowledge and enthusiasm of our guide Laureline made this experience interesting and educational. I enjoyed the architectural details reflecting nature such as the columns built to look and act like trees. In addition to the obvious creative genius of painting with light using the stain glass windows, and the detailed exterior, the always under construction (100 years in 2026) is a fascinating landmark. 3 photos.

5.00We booked through viator after we found tickets for individual admission to La Sagrada Família sold out. Viator connected us with Tours for Today and a fantastic guide named Farielle. Everything was as described and Farielle far exceeded our expectations. I think we wound up having a better experience touring with a guide than we would have had with individual tickets and an audio tour. I would recommend this tour.

You can tell she loved and was passionate about what she was talking about and her expertise stood out among the many other tours we’ve taken around Spain. She was mindful and thoughtful in curating an exceptional experience for us, for example she gave us a moment of silence for 2 minutes as we walked through the entrance of the Sagrada for the first time so that we can have a moment of undivided reflection and awe.

5.00It was absolutely wonderful. Everything I had heard from friends who had seen Sagrada Familia was brought to life tenfold through David's most informative descriptions and background information. He was an excellent guide who interacted with the group and was very accommodating to those who had questions. Having some free time after was great as well, so we could explore more on our own. I had read that Sagrada Familia was Europe's No1. 1 tourist attraction, and I totally agree. It is a must for everyone who visits Barcelona.
