Basilica de la Sagrada Familia
Our Quick Access Tour of the Sagrada Familia starts just steps away from the temple, on Gaudí Avenue. We'll begin by admiring the basilica's oldest façade, the Nativity – the only one Gaudí himself saw completed. This façade resembles a burst of nature, almost serving as a portal to a grand forest. Inside, prepare for one of the most breathtaking moments of your journey as you witness the interplay of light and color from the stained glass windows, set against the backdrop of towering columns that echo giant trees, all supporting the Sagrada Familia's 18 spires. Upon completion, the central Jesus tower will crown this temple as the tallest religious building in the world, reaching a soaring height of 172.5 meters. Lastly, the Passion façade, a more recent addition, poignantly depicts the final hours of Jesus Christ with a stark and allegorical design. Following the tour, you're invited to remain inside the temple, taking your time to explore its wonders at your own pace.

Adriano really knew his stuff. He gave a lot of great context on what the symbols meant and what Gaudi was trying to do. Very convenient to skip the line as well. This is one of the great pieces of architecture in the world.

We arrived at the meeting point one minute before (6:29pm) the scheduled time and couldn’t find the guide. We contacted the company while on our way and let them know we would be five minutes late, but they refused to wait for us. WE ACTUALLY ARRIVED ON TIME. I asked if they could at least send us the tickets so we could still enter on our own, but they denied that request as well. They also refused to issue any refund. Be very careful when booking with this company. Even if you plan ahead, unexpected traffic can happen. Instead of showing any flexibility or trying to help their customers, they simply leave you behind, keep your money, and offer no reasonable solution. In my experience, this felt like a complete rip-off, and I would not recommend booking with them.

Tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Lots of good info about the building, but not a lot of time for questions. Would book with this service again, but would tell him to ask for questions periodically. This venue deserves a guide - sooo much history, imagery, and "inside story" about the building and the architects.

If I could give Viator more than five stars, I absolutely would. After using them for multiple excursions around the world, I can honestly say they have set the standard for customer service and overall travel experiences. Every tour I’ve booked has been exceptionally well organized, with knowledgeable, friendly guides and unforgettable experiences from start to finish. On the rare occasion that plans changed, their customer service team was incredibly responsive, understanding, and made the refund process as smooth as possible when circumstances warranted it. I’ve used other excursion companies over the years, and while many are good, Viator stands above the rest. Their professionalism, reliability, ease of booking, outstanding support, and consistently high-quality experiences make them my first choice every time I travel. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

It was great. A have to have experience. I would just say, the price was really high. I liked having some free time at the end.

Tour guide was fantastic! Very passionate and knowledgeable about Gaudi in regards to his work and life. This 1-1.5hr tour was perfect. Due to the Tour De France starting at the Sagrada, it was more walking than typical. Additionally, the company could make improvements on where to meet. The current restaurant listed on Viator no longer exists. The guides also do not have a sign or anything indicating the tour group and check in.

Somewhat expensive for what it is: entering without waiting in line and receiving a 20-minute talk on the first floor of the church. I expected a bit more passion.
