5.00We had a terrific tour with JC. If you're visiting Barcelona you definitely want to go to Sagrada Familia, and you definitely want to do that with a tour guide, and you definitely want to go at the golden hour. Meeting up for the tour was a little unclear as the meeting place is just at a KFC across the street. This is a VERY busy area, and there was no sign or anything for our tour group. We found other people who looked like they were waiting for a guide too, then JC showed up and we all relaxed. Sagrada Familia gets almost 5 million visitors a year, so it is always crowded. The skip the line tickets were totally worth it. JC was deeply knowledgeable about the building, its history and all the symbolism included in it. He made the experience so much more meaningful than it would have been if we were on our own. The tour itself took about an hour, then he leaves you to explore as long as you like on your own. We spent at least another hour looking around. Don't miss the exhibits downstairs about how the building was made. We got very lucky to have a sunny afternoon, and the colors through the stained glass were truly stunning. No guarantees of a clear day, but booking at 4 pm gives you the best chance to see the light effects at their best.

1.00I had to cancel because I broke my foot. I called the place and they sent me to send me them the papers from the hospital and they would take it off but they didn’t and now I can’t get in touch with them at all to get this solved. Got NO Refund sad because are group alway use them but if you got to cancel there no help

Jorge was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We really enjoyed our tour. He took pics of us in the best locations.

5.00i am so glad we booked the golden hour tour. the colorful light in the basilica from the stained glass was incredible. our guide Jorge was very knowledgeable and made sure we had time to explore and ask questions. he was also very kind and helpful when we accidentally cut it a little short arriving on time! (learn from our mistake and be early, the timing for entry is very strict!) also, my travel companion is hard of hearing and we really appreciated the ear pieces to be able to hear better.
