4.00Like others have said, the price is ridiculously high for the one hour skip the line tour. The Sagrada Família is impressive with the Gaudi architecture and colored glass mosaic and its reflection of sun and light. However, even though we were told we could stay longer, there was a special event taking place at 6 and they had to rush out all the visitors before 5. So, we were allowed to stay an extra 30 minutes; not enough to truly appreciate the sunset lighting and explore different sections. The tour guide, Carla, was friendly, kind, and accommodating. She read most of the information to our group and pointed out several interesting facts and features. My main complaint is that we did not have enough time for the exorbitant price paid.

5.00Natalia was AMAZING!! We would do a tour with her again any time. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Sagrada, and the area. I felt she gave some extras - ensuring we had the right spot to take pics and even taking pics of everyone for them. Very informative!! Beautiful architecture inside and out. We didn’t feel rushed at all but, for me, it could have been about 30 mins longer. We loved hearing about the history!! Loved the ear piece so we could hear in spite of all the noise around. Loved the communication between us and Natalia to ensure we met at the right place and any time changes that were needed. She also did everything she could to start slowly at the gathering spot waiting for 4 people on the tour that were late (they had difficulty finding the right spot - not Viator’s fault but theirs). One other comment: please get Natalia a mic that allows her to move her head without moving her mouth away from the microphone. Hers kept slipping away from her mouth.

5.00The Golden Hour tour at Sagrada Familia was just as described, GOLDEN! We really enjoyed it and the tour was excellent. Jorge was our excellent guide and he was a wealth of information about the long history of the church's construction. Inside and out, he pointed out beautiful aspects of the church's colors, architecture, and beauty. Highly recommend this tour.

4.00Carla was a great tour guide, very informative and most importantly kept it really interesting, pointing out key details that we would have completely missed if not for the tour! Would highly recommend! We were a group of 10 and they gave us earphones so we could hear Carla, whilst going round as it is a very very busy environment. Golden hour was stunning in the sagrada, after the tour you can stay as long as you like to take it all in.
